    PerfectI've always bought these you can't beat the quality for the price if you looking to compete you should obviously buy better but regular everyday these are great5Very loud and tinny soundingGot these for a product I'm selling soon with a Bluetooth sound system. These are definitely loud but the quality is very tinny, having a thin metallic sound specially with the vocals/singing. I had to cover the front with a plastic cap that covers the grille almost completely to bring down the high pitch tinny sound. That worked pretty good but still the highs are very crispy kinda of annoying. I"m a music producer and Dj for over 30 years and I know a good tweeter when I hear one. I guess if you want that HD tweeter sound, you're gonna have to put out more cash for them.3Crisp sound but they hiss These tweeters were simple to install and have a nice crisp sound, which I am particularly fond of. However, they also have a constant hiss. Although quiet, it is enough to annoy me during quieter songs. For five bucks though, they're better than you might expect. 3Amazed at how good these sound, and how inexpesive they are.I just installed these this weekend in my 2009 Volvo S60 to replace the factory tweeters. Installation wasn't as easy as I was hoping, but that's OK. I have no trouble modifying things to make them work and got them installed so that I could use the factory speaker connectors. I was absolutely amazed at the sound these put out. They are almost too loud. I went from having to max out my treble to get any at all, to having to actually go below the midline just to bring it down to a reasonable point. Because I now have speakers that can produce the highs easily and produce it at high volumes as needed, it allows the bass in the rest of the speakers in the car to shine thru more and has totally changed the dynamics of the way my stereo sounds. It's amazing just what a difference it made. These come with multiple ways to mount them from round insert containers so you can mount the containers then slip the speakers in, to spring clips, and double sided tape. You should be able to easily find a way to mount these just about anywhere. Then, like I said, the sound they produce is amazing for any price.5DONT BUY THESESI feel like I could have taken apart a child s toy and pull out 10x better of a speaker. Absolutely junk! My stock tweeter weighed more then 4x what these toy speakers weighed. AMAZON you should be ashamed that this is the tweeter you recommend. I don t know how you could determine these speakers were anything but toy Novelty is beyond my comprehension. I m not even going to waste my time returning them. I wouldn t want to waste another gram of effort on this toy. Thank you, Jason Amazon prime member1nice price for a decent pair of tweeters.I gotta say I'm pretty impressed. I used these to replace the 3.5 inch ones my Jeep originally had in it and they sound pretty decent. Like others have said they pump out some volume..no doubt about that. I got them running of the head unit with the internal high pass filter at 16 x2 rms and and the other 2 sets (6x9 and 6.5) on an amp with around 350 rms. I can say it takes roughly that kinda power to keep up with those little fellas. Now if I was just replacing factory tweets or adding some..normal factory power to the rest wouldn't be enough..I seriously doubt many premium factory systems would be..Don't know about the longevity yet and I don't think 16 watts will blow em up so we shall see. I give em 2 thumbs up for a cheap addition to round out a system.5Great sound at higher volumesFor less than $6 these have worked out great on my motorcycle. They really improved the sound over just the full range speakers I've been using for 8 years. I first tried them in my truck and could not hear them at the volume level I usually listen to when I drive. I could only hear them when I turned the volume up about half way or more. I do use a much higher volume on my bike because of the wind, road noise, and my exhaust. I could not be happier with them on my bike. If I could hear them at lower volumes in my truck I would have given them 5 stars. For those who like to always listen to music loud in a car or other closed up vehicle and for a motorcycle get these! Great value for the money- maybe as good as ones costing over $100.4great price. Good sound.The sound from these things are very good. It makes everything much sharper. The down side is mounting. The mounts that come with it are ment to be flush mounted with a hole saw. Not something I wanted to do. The only other option is to Velcro it to the point you want it, with the Velcro provided with the kit. Draw backs to that are you can't direct the sound. It just sits flat on whatever you stick it to and adds a 1/8" to the height of the tweeter. If your creative then this is for you. If you want clean plug and play spend the extra cash to buy something with more mounting options. But for the price the sound is on point.3Good, loud tweeter. I use to supplament upper range of low end magneplanar speakers. These are very efficient little tweeters, and they can get quite loud. Due to their small size, adding them into a speaker system seems to have virtually no impact on the impedance (4ohm or 8ohm) of the system. (the amp doesn't even "know" they are there).Nice design that allows them to be flush mounted (in a speaker, in a door, dashboard, etc.) or to be surface mounted. Nice length on the leads.I'm quite pleased with the performance so far... and the price was right.Hope that is helpful to someone! 4These things are joke might as well have earphones 4 speakersWhat did I like about this I think it's hilarious you might as well get a cheap pair of headphones and put them in your car and play them that's basically what you get these are so funny that people would actually sell this kind of a product I get I guess you get what you pay for is a real knee-slapper God bless you all for selling this product but I guess everyone's got to make money somehow but the picture I put photograph that is a scar skar tweeter which is awesome for anyone that wants a really good laugh and a play a joke on someone by the speakers and give them to him for a present1Theses are LOUD..... Holy smokes ...Theses are LOUD..... Holy smokes! Comparatively the stock tweeters in my car must have been blown out because these little guys pump out the sound! I had to take mine out of the holders so they would fit in my factory spot for tweeters.Between these and the 4-way door speakers i got i actually had to turn my treble down to calm the vocals down a bit. lol5Five Stars 5Impressive for the price and sizeUpdate below....Holy crap these things are loud in my car. I did have to turn the high's waaaaay down like others have stated. Although these have a built in crossover, I still placed them behind my existing one. According to the insert, "high power" systems [60 to 100 watt (rms)] you need to add a 15 /20W resistor (I have not done this yet - I'm running about 200W rms) so I'd infer that this would reduce the overall volume and crispness of these. Once you adjust your setup for these, they round out the overall sound nicely. You can hear the crash of symbols crisply, drum brushes become far more noticeable. I am not crazy about how voices from radio hosts sound with these though. Definitely not for a "competition" setup either.They include most of what you'd need for a typical install, new or replacement. But of course, they were too small for my application. I got lucky and they fit inside the sheath of my older tweeters I was replacing, so a little hot glue went a long way!For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but I'm pleasantly surprised. Hopefully they last a couple years before they need replacing themselves - if so, this is an incredible value.UPDATE: While I couldn't locate the recommended resistor anywhere, I was able to find 10W/30Ohm resistors here on Amazon. Put 2 in parallel and you'll get the required spec. Now these things sound MUCH better - way less piercing and less tinny. The resistors are a must have if you're over that 50 Watt mark for sure.
