    Great wall mount for the money - best I've used so far. I ordered this Peerless mount through amazon. It was $56.00 and free shipping, but I opted for faster shipping. I still didn't get it any faster, it took like a week in a half. Kind of made me mad, as i've gotten the free shipping stuff quicker. Anyway, back to the mount: PERFECT in every way. This was easy to install. It came with a couple different adapter plates for different tv's. Why tv manufactures are using different vesa mount pattern / thread dimensions is beyond me.. There should be one standard for mounting tv's, but Peerless had me covered. Everything I needed was in the box. Just lined up the mount with wall stud(i used a straight level to get mount true and then marked the two holes), installed the 2 supplied wall lag screws, mounted the other part to tv, set tv on mount. The tv part slides right into the wall part, and then secures together with a small set screw. Be careful on selecting the correct screw bolts that go into back of tv. They provide lots of sizes/diameters of bolts in box(another nice feature by Peerless). But make sure you read the directions on which ones to use. This is a nice design. It has a heavy duty arm that pivots around and the tv can tilt up /down as well. Just make sure, before you install the wall mount, that you measure how much room you will need, if you're planning a corner mount. You can swivel and adjust quite a bit, but find the best location to start with so it looks nice when your done. I wanted mine up in a corner in my office, so I had to make sure I used the best wall stud for the right look. Peerless makes a great tv mount and I WILL be getting more of these in the future. You can't beat them for the price. My tv was a Sylvania 32 inch LCD, only weighing 23 lbs, but I still wanted a good quality mount. Make sure your mount gets anchored solid into the wall stud, for a good secure mount. Look no further for other tv mounts, you found it right here... Thanks Peerless for a great product... 5Needs to list compatibility based on screw size. We have a 32 inch insignia smart tv from Best Buy and none of the sets of screws included to secure the mount to the back of the tv are the right kind. After having already secured the other part to the wall and not having anything in the directions mention kinds of TVs it would not be compatible with this was a huge inconvenience. Directions are subpar but can be diciphered. Overall it would be a good product with clearer directions and a breakdown of what kinds of TVs it is compatibile with in the product description. 2High quality and very functional Love this mount. Used it to wall mount a 32" Samsung UN32F5000 TV in my bedroom. The mount was of a much heavier, solid steel than I was expecting to find in a mount of this price. It was very easy to mount to my bedroom wall using the provided hardware and instructions, and I was very impressed at how versatile the mount was to adjust after installation. I've had issues with previous full motion mounts, where I do my best to get it bolted in as level as I can, hang the new TV on it, only to find that it is slightly tilted in one direction or another, and I cannot easily adjust it. This Peerless mount allows you to loosen screws in the part that attaches to the plate you screw on the back on the TV, and make minor final tilting adjustments that allow you to get it perfectly level. Very cool feature that may save you half an hour of annoying rework and a couple extra unneeded holes in your wall.The final installed product feels incredibly sturdy. My TV only weighs roughly 11 pounds, but even if it was triple the weight, I have no doubt that this mount would be completely stable. You can adjust the tension with which it takes to swing and move the mount around. We have an odd shape to our bedroom, and often times need to swing the TV out and around to face the completely other side. The mount has always remained smooth to adjust, and is easy to push/pull it out from the wall, as well as tilt side to side.This is my second peerless mount (my other is a tilting mount) and I've had a great experience with both so far, in terms of purchase, installation, and use. Great product overall, you will be surprised at how solid this mount feels when you take it out of the box. 5Well built with one issue.... Works great, except I can t figure out how to adjust it. The handle to tight it at the tilt that you would like is too long to move in a circle and tighten while the tax is mounted and if you tighten it too much before you place the tv and back plate into the wall mount it won t slide on. It works great for me at the (forced) to use full downward tilt angle. Well made and would have been 5 stars if not for my issue. Maybe it s just me.... 4Peerless TV Mounts do what they say they do I've 3 of these mounts from Peerless. Peerless mounts are not the cheapest, but they do what they are made do to. Never any parts missing, the instructions are simple, and the TV's stay where you want them to. If you need to take them down for any reason dismounting is a snap. I've even swapped TV's without removing the mount from back of TV as they are interchangeable (if same model).The arm will extend out as easily as it collapses.Install time is about 30' and can be done with 1 person.Cable Management isn't perfect, they provide a few clips. It seems over the years they've change the design as I used to be able to route cables in a channel on top or bottom. Most recent one didn't have this channel which is a sin as I've used it .A Fan of the Peerless Full-Motion Plus Wall Mount 22 - 40 Inches LCD 5Fantastic mount for the price At the time of purchase I got this mount for $49.95I ordered this to mount a 40" LCD in my office that I use as a second monitor. I was a little bit concerned about it being a single stud mount, but figured I would give it a try because visually it looks so much nicer than a huge plate across two studs. Turns out I had nothing to worry about, my TV comes in far below the weight limit and this mount holds it like a champ!I have purchased one other sub-$100 mount before from a competitor and thought in the end that it was very difficult to position. I am happy to say that this mount moves very smoothly, I can reposition my TV with one hand if I like.Review is only four stars because I had a hardware issue. The mount comes with a ton of screws, depending on your TV type and mounting pattern. My particular set is 200x200 using M5 screws. The mount comes with four M5's, but they are used to attach the rotator plate to the mounting arm. This meant that I had no screws with which to connect the mounting plate to my actual TV! Luckily I had some more screws laying around that got the job done. Just something to be aware of. 4Nice product especially for the price This is a nice sturdy arm, it looks good for painted steel, it does very well holding up my new 27 inch I mac, the movement is good and it bolted right up to the optional Vesa mount on my i mac without using the big adapter plate.Be careful where you mount it, I mounted mine a little high (never done one of these before) and that's the only movement this does not have is up and down. You can tilt the screen, but not move the monitor down, without re mounting drilling and filling and painting the old holes.The big wood screws are Philips, and drilling the exact size hole they recommended, the screws would not go in, I was thinking of drilling larger holes but did not want to reduce the holding power of the screws. I finally got a bar of soap, filled the threads with soap, and they went right in. Without the soap I would have over stressed the wood screws or striped them out.Hope that helps someone else out.Over all I would highly recommend this product, it is well made and looks nice as well as being priced right. 4Good Wall Mount at a Reasonable Price Overall Thoughts:The product itself is great for the money. I don't feel like buying a mount 2-4x more expensive will make me any happier than I am with this mount.Background: I originally ordered it for my Sharp AQUOS LC40LE700UN 40-Inch 1080p 120 Hz LED HDTV after checking on the Peerless website for compatibility. The website said it would work but once it got here, guess what? The TV has VESA 300 spacing, not VESA 200 as supported by this mount. No big deal, I just used it on my LG 37LE5300 37-Inch 1080p 120 Hz LED LCD HDTV which is compatible with this mount. I ordered just one to test it out and if I liked it I was going to get a second one. Guess I don't need a second one now... (Actually I just found these this morning VideoSecu Universal VESA Adapter Plate LED LCD Plasma TV Wall Mount Bracket Extender MLEB 1UU, and it looks like I might a set of them along with this mount and that should solve the problem of getting the VESA 300 holes I need.) As other reviews have also said, the adapter plate needed to make this work with the larger hole spacing is more than the entire mount itself.Setup:This was straight-forward, I don't think I even looked at the directions. I just found the stud, pre-drilled holes for the mounting screws, drove the screws in and then load tested it with a couple free weights. The plate mounted flush with my TV with no need for spacers and didn't block any ports. The included hardware was good enough for me that I didn't feel the need to go get new mounting screws from the hardware store.Final Thoughts:It should come with enough screws that you can mount it to any TV unless you have some non-standard mounting points. It came with zip ties and little tabs you can use to do cable management. I'd suggest getting Velcro strips instead to make it easier if you have to add/remove things in the future. (Quick suggestion: Velcro Reusable Self-Gripping Cable Ties, 0.5 Inches x 8 Inches Long, Black, 100 Ties per Pack (91140), you'll find all sorts of uses for them, I know I have.)Anyone not wanting to spend a small fortune to get a decent product them I highly suggest to you to get this wall mount.I posted a few pictures for those of you who like to see more than just regular product images. Some people already had up some really good ones as well.I really wish Peerless would change their site to be more upfront about which TV's this actually fits but I'm not docking this product in the review because of that, I could have easily measured the hole spacing myself and not run into this problem.For quick reference for those of you that are metrically challenged:VESA 50: 2"VESA 75: 3"VESA 100: 4"VESA 200: 8"VESA 300: 12"They're not exact but close enough to be able to order a mount that will work for your TV. 4Solid This is a solid, well-made product. It comes with everything you MIGHT need including an adapter plate, spacers, and various screws. Since I was only mounting a 32" Westinghouse LCD television that had standard mounting holes on the back my installation didn't require the extra stuff. The 32" TV I mounted weighs about 32 pounds after its table mount is removed, so this wall-mount handles it effortlessly.Keep in mind that this is an folding, jointed device, so you will need to mount it to the wall (in a stud) off-center if you want it to fold flat against the wall and be centered. Of course if you want to keep your TV sticking out from the wall permanently then center it. Be sure to measure for your own needs. Here is a link to a pic with the dimensions:<[...]>So, do I recommend this product? Absolutely! 5A quality mount I purchased and mounted a television with this mount in my kitchen over 2 years ago. The process was painless and it has served well every since. The quality is exceptional and it appears that every detail has been thought out including cable management. The feel of this mount is very secure with little if any play, as it should be. There is some resistance to movement but it moves fluidly. This means that the Television stays where you put it until you move it again. I mounted it using provided hardware after locating an adequate stud in the wall and have had no issue.For any television mount I would recommend securely mounting it to a stud using quality bolts. If you absolutely must do that you need to find an anchor qualified for the task. I would recommend a substantial toggle bolt or high quality anchorToggler Toggle Anchors, Steel, Inch, Meets FF-B-588-D Type V Specifications designed for mounting in sheetrock with a much higher rating than the weight of the television, given the extension away from the wall will provide leverage pulling against the wall mount far in excess of the weight of the television. I would look for a wall anchor with at least 100 lbs rating for up to the 22" TV (10 lb television) and at least 150 lbs for the larger televisions. Better yet find a stud.I have and continue to enjoy this mount. It provided a professional quality installation. 5
