    You must have a power drill to install I just received this product and went right to assemble it. On the instructions it says tools needed- flat head screwdriver, Phillips head screwdriver, hammer. Then you turn it over and the first instruction is to drill holes with a 1/4 drill bit for the wall mounts. WTF. Why is power drill not listed as tools needed?! I do not have a power drill so now instead of setting up my new shelf, I had to repackage it and throw it in a closet until I m able to get a power drill. Whenever that is. Thanks for the clarity. 3Very difficult to install and wouldn't recommend to others. pain in the butt to install and honestly just not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it to others. My husband and I tried for over an hour to get it installed and couldn't so we just gave up and I now have a towel rack/shelf that I can't even use. :( 1I love this shelf I love this shelf! My apartments towel rack was so ugly and cheap looking. This shelf fit perfectly where it was and adds such a nicer look! Shelf is very stable as long as the bottom screws are tight enough! 5Very pleased, looks great! I'm very pleased with the product. I puchased one for my main bathroom, then a second one for my powder room. In the space we have, I didn't want to use a large wall-hanging cabinet, but needed something to hang towels (and just didn't want a towel rod there. i liked the idea of the shelf.A lot of the reviews that are negative seem to be based on installation issues. Follow the directions, use the correct size bits when setting the wall anchor, and level the template before you drill for the anchors. Also, the glass sets into an inset area on the brackets-- the an extra second to make sure it's properly and fully set in. We used the provided wall anchors and followed the instructions, and so far so good-- shelf hasn't sagged, slanted or dropped.The shelf is thinner, so it will probably not work if you're looking to store a lot of stuff, but for decorative shelf, it's worth the price.Additional suggestions: Don't overload the shelf, and it's easier to install with two people than yourself. 4Great buy I m super glad I ordered this .!for the price you really can add a nice touch to the bathroom ! It was easy to install and I was super proud !I ve been looking for a while but didn t want to spend a large amount of money ...the other thing I d like to mention it comes with hardware , I would use one of suppliers screw and purchase the same size screw difference larger flat end part where you screw in this way it had more mass to cover the hole and create a better grip ( my walls were hollow so I don t feel comfortable placing heavy objects on the glass ) hope this helps !! 5Pretty for a deal Basically on top of all the previous reviews which to me seems pretty spot on - I would just add that it is a simple/ minimalistic fixture and you must keep that in mind depending on what would you use it for. It's definitely not heavy duty so I'd be careful with towel placement and try not place anything too large or heavy upon the shelf. I would recommend keeping it out of reach of children or persons whom could be easily harmed. The frosted glass although a bit narrow in depth, seems pretty sturdy and easy to keep clean and brass mounts have a nice finish to it. Easy to install as previous reviewers have described. 5Perfect Shelf! I had just completed a full bathroom renovation and needed a shelf with a towel rack and I came across this product. I absolutely love this shelf. It looks perfect in the craftsman style bathroom that we remodeled since it has a 1920's vintage look to it with the tempered glass. It was easy to install as I was able to do so in a matter of about 20 minutes. It look perfect and I would recommend this product. I wish I could find one just like this only smaller so I could place it on the other wall where I need a towel rack. 5Solid value at an economical price Attractive addition to the bathroom. More for decor than function as it is a narrow shelf, but still useful for hanging a towel or two and putting decor or toiletries. Very satisfied with the quality. Feels very solid. Like the slightly tinted glass as it feels almost like beach glass in my seashore themed bathroom. 5Easy install and looks nice The mounting and installation are about as easy as it gets. I think the entire process took less than 15 minutes from opening the packaging. However, it is definitely a light-duty product so I wouldn't tempt fate with any heavy items on the glass shelf.The main downside is that even after installation the towel bar can spin in place because it's just a circular hollow rod with no indentations or other features to keep it locked in position. This can give the impression that the bar is going to fall off when placing or removing a towel even though it is actually secured. I will probably look for a way to force it to stay in place so that this does not happen. 4Five Stars Love it! 5
