This worked great for our trip to AustraliaThis unit is not too large so it fits in carry-on or backpack very easily. I like how I can use this for other travelling abroad as well. You just push out the correct plug part that is needed in the other country. This unit worked pretty well most of the time. The only trouble was when I would plug in the computer cord a few times the unit would sag and I was worried it would unplug. I also really liked the options of USB ports on there to plug in our phones the same time as the computers. It did everything we needed it to do.5Buy this!!So great to use!! Has been working wonderful for me in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. Will be taking it Southeast Asia later this year and Europe next. Worked superbly, and when i forgot it on one of the outtings, i didn't really like the different one a friend had bought at Target- neither did they.5A good all-in-one charger I received my NEWVANGA Travel adapter in anticipation of a trip overseas. I haven't gotten a chance to try it outside of the US yet, but I have tried it around my house. I've been charging my iPhone and iPad off of it at the same time and it's held up well. It doesn't get too hot while charging and the USB ports area nice added touch so that you can charge more devices off it at one time.The adapters on the back of the unit seem pretty solid. I'll get a chance to give them a whirl once I take my trip, but so far, the US prongs work well. I'll continue to use this adapter at home even when I'm not travelling as a good power adapter to charge my devices. 5No Complaints hereI love this charger, would definitely recommend it to any who travels, especially in Europe. Its great cuase I can charge my apple watch and Iphone at the same time wake up and evrything is good to go. I just honestly use it for the USB slots on the side, but you can plug something into the front and use it. The only downside to this is the European plug is the hardest one to get out if you dont have finger nails. Like I use keys to get it out and for me the Europe plug is the most used one. All-in-all though very good would recommend.5Two USB ports a super bonus! Bought for a trip to Ireland from the US. Worked great. Having the two USB ports on the side was a great benefit. My wife and I were able to plug in our phones and then use the main port for charging the laptop or camera batteries.Doesn't down-regulate voltage but that is clearly spelled out on the vendor page. Nearly all modern manufacturers of electronic equipment are completely voltage agnostic so that didn't matter to me. Obviously if you are using a motor induction type of appliance and expecting this to work on higher voltage systems, you've been warned! 5Very Good, but not a total Europe solutionIt's very good, but you will probably need a different one too...For what it is, I'd give this adapter 5 stars. While traveling in Iceland, I was able to plug in my iPad, iPhone, computer, digital camera, and spare battery into the adapter with no problems. It's very convenient to plug in the USB based items without needing their own power bricks, while simultaneously charging plug in devices like computers.HOWEVER - I knock this down one star because... Due to its size, I couldn't use it at all in Europe. Many power outlets in Europe are deeply recessed, and this plug simply will not fit into them. I knew this before I left, so I had also purchased a basic, small adapter that would fit into any outlet. If you are traveling internationally, this is an excellent adapter for the places that it will work. But you'll ALSO need a basic, small adapter, for those homes and hotels that only have recessed plugs.4Works as expected.So far, I have only tested this for US products and USB devices being used in the US (tested at home to be sure that it worked) and in Italy/Spain. Everything worked as expected, though the plug was a bit hard to insert at times. I will test it in Thailand this coming winter. If it fails, I will return to edit this review. Otherwise, you can assume it successfully functioned.5Multiple cables at once, great for traveling and pretty lightweight Works almost perfectly - the affordance for two usb on top of a plug is great. Too bad you only can adapt for US, Europe and UK. DOES NOT work universally for all countries. Doesn't support the weight of a MacBook charger itself when you are on two-prong (if you use the charger's three prong extension cable you'll be fine). When I travel, I hate extra cables but regret not bring Apple's laptop cable for three prong since I had to use objects to press the charger into the adapter. 4Works great in Europe and USAI bought one of these for a trip to Europe. We used it in Greece and Ireland (2 different plug types) without any problems. I really liked how I could plug my cell phone cord into it so I didn't have to carry around the plug for the cell phone. My husband has also taken this to the Republic of Georgia. He had no problems there either.We currently have guests from Russia visiting us, and they brought their hair dryer with them but no adapter. We were able to plug this in a standard US outlet so they could use their hair dryer (even though I offered them my own). I ordered another one of these too give them when they go on the next leg of their vacation.5Works but doesn't stay in the wall in EuropeThis is a nice all-in-one adapter. I have only tried US plugs in European outlets, but it worked just as expected, bar one thing. In Denmark, almost all of the outlets I saw were set into the wall a little bit, and this adapter didn't stay in the well, frequently falling out. In the picture you can see the rig I set up to charge without the adapter falling out, and what the inset outlets were like. Possibly if the adapter had the bottom part it would have been fine, but for European it only has the top two.4
