    The Lifetime Replacement Warranty is a SCAM The product itself is good, it is quite resistant, easy to install.it has saved my cell twice so far. The problem is that the two screens shield I bought have been broken and I have already asked the seller twice to replace the screens and I have not received a response. The first time in September 2018 and January 19, 2019. The seller has simply ignored me. So take this into account when you buy, the warranty DOES NOT EXIST. 1Came in the mail cracked The screen protector was cracked. Could not use it on my cel 1AWESOME!! LOVE IT!!! I love this product!! I always buy Mr Shield screen protectors! A while ago as with my phone in my hand, I fell really hard while I was walking landed really hard with the phone and on my knees. My jeans ripped open at the knee but my phone was perfectly fine!! The screen protector did crack but it saved my phone from completely breaking!! I would definitely buy from them again and will recommend this to all my friends!!! 5Good protector & good company. I see lots of complaints about the item being cracked upon arrival. It actually ships in a pretty solid cardboard packaging. Mr. Shield also offers a lifetime warranty. All you have to do is email them. This was used on a 2016 Boost Mobile Samsung J7. I recently switched carriers to T-Mobile. Got the same J7 from T-Mobile. I removed the protector from my Boost J7 to put it on the T-Mobile model. Fits perfectly, except you can't recycle the protector once it's been on a phone. It sticks but there are bubbles. I emailed Mr Shield about this situation and they sent me a new protector. It also arrived in Hawaii without cracks.. 5I have a new favorite in screen protectors I have a new favorite in screen protectors. It fits beautifully, is incredibly fast and easy to install, and it's made it through a year without trouble. The only thing is it's very not bird friendly (not at all the product's fault) because it's glass. My cockatiel managed to crack it from the edges in one quick nip. It's real glass with a plastic film on the screen facing side so while the glass broke clean there was a tail of plastic I had to trim off. Overall I'm really impressed with how clean, easy and durable this thing is. 5Not a perfect fit and not compatible with all cases. The packaging, instructions and quality of materials is nice. However, the cutouts for the camera and home button are ever so slightly too far apart, so they were not able to be perfectly centered. The outer edges also extend far enough that interfere with my Spigen case and would catch and edge and pull the newly applied cover away from the screen. I could not manage to get the last edge of the screen to tuck under the case. I'll be keeping my case. I will not be keeping this product. 2Please watch the video and read the instructions (practice your moves/steps before you unpeel anything) Upper right corner would not stick to the screen. Poor quality product. (before I tried a second time)Update on 12/10/16: I was contacted by the company to provide feedback, I did and they immediately sent me a replacement.I took me a few months to try it again. I don't know how anybody can give this product 5 stars, we have 2 Galaxy J7's and I had a chance to compare it to SuperShielz, and Mr Shield is hands down the better product. I guess, If I am in space (not fighting gravity) and in a clean room without any dust then I would probably give Mr Shield another star. It comes down to practice and fighting dust and gravity.The company deserves 6 stars. 4Love it! At first I was a little confused about the installation. I watched the video about 10 times lol.once I undestood it was a breeze. The glass isn't bulky or makes me feel like I have to touch my screen harder or anything. I love the packaging it came in and the warranty on the screen. 5One Star Arrives with cracks! Also looks cheap 1Easy application, looks great This product has nice video online demonstrating how to apply it. I thought the use of stickers to allow you to get it aligned properly and retain the alignment before exposing the adhesive was very clever. It worked well for me and my application turned out well-aligned and bubble-free. This is the first screen protector I have applied; compared to the film-style protector my husband put on one of his phones last year, the application of this Mr. Shield protector went much better. The packaging contained 6 stickers for making a hinge (I needed only 3), two alcohol pads, a small square of microfiber cloth for wiping, and a couple of dust pickup stickies - so everything needed to prep the phone was included. Once installed, it didn't interfere with the phone case, and does not change how the touchscreen feels. And it is crystal clear (unlike plastic film) because it is tempered glass. I'm very happy with this purchase! 5
