    OK, folks. It is a toilet paper roll holder. Not much to say here. We bought this for the bathroom of our travel trailer. It was easy to install, and it is light enough to not pull the screws out of the relatively flimsy walls of a travel trailer. We had stainless steel and nickel throughout the trailer, so this matches the "decor" nicely. It holds a roll of toilet paper just like it is supposed to. Not much else to say. Not sure what the "softness" category refers to, but the holder was easy to install and it seems sturdy enough for the use for which it is intended. 4Great for the price Simple product, easy design. It would have been nice if it came with any instructions or template for drilling the mounting holes. It has 2 brackets which have to be mounted 6 inches apart on-center. I mounted it very easily after pre-drilling the holes, and then the holder arms sit on the bracket and are secured with a single flathead flush screw on the bottom. After being secured there is a bit of play side to side, but overall it is pretty sturdy, and serves its purpose well. 4Mounting advice For the $2.68 I spent on this, it's well worth the money...provided you have something else to buy with it's "Add-on Item" restriction. It doesn't feel cheap. I'd have given it 5 stars, but mine didn't come with a mounting template. This isn't rocket science so it wasn't difficult to mount. My only regret is not mounting the two ends closer together. I spaced them using a roll of toilet paper, but after all was said and done, this was a little wide for my taste. The TP has a lot of play on the roller. However since it didn't come with a template, I have no idea if the result would have been any different using it. Additionally by doing this, the biggest of the Mega Rolls fit on the holder. 4I leave room for the possibility that I just got a bad package sent to me No directions came with the product. But considering there are only 5 pieces and four screws, it should be self-evident what to do, right? Wrong!Once the brackets are fastened to the wall, there is no way to secure the mounts to the brackets. "But wait!" you say, "Doesn't that mean you should secure the mounts to the brackets first, and then to the wall?" And while that is indeed a clever thought, perhaps the designing manufacturer should have provided an access point from which a screwdriver could reach the aforementioned mounted brackets. But there isn't.I leave room for the possibility that I just got a bad package sent to me, but from where I'm sitting this product is a complete waste. 1Looks great, attaches well, holds TP One of my bathrooms' old toilet paper holders was starting to rust, so I needed to replace it. This Moen holder looks exactly like some of the other towel holders in the bathroom, so I bought it.It comes with mounting plates and four screws, in addition to the pictured ends and spring-loaded bar. Since it's a TP holder, and won't be getting a ton of aggressive use, I just used two screws in the center holes of each mounting plate, then used an eyeglass screwdriver to tighten the little screws on the bottom side of the metal parts.The only thing that would make the installation easier is an included template, so you don't have to eyeball where the ends go. I just held them against the cabinet, and made a quick pencil mark at the top middle of each side, and measured down from there to where I wanted the center of my holder.Everything came in a bag, and nothing was scratched. Looks much nicer, since there's no rust anymore! 5Cheap, attractive, works great Bought this to replace the existing holder in our rental apartment as that one was pinching the massive rolls we bought from Costco. This holder was simple to install and looks great in the bathroom. It works, but it's difficult to figure out where to drill the holes. Needs a template for the width. Too small and the roll won't fit(especially bigger type rolls), too wide and the spring won't hold the roll well. No instructions, but basically not too hard to install. You may need to try different locations for holes and then you have to patch the holes. Quality is good. Looks ok and is sturdy. 4Simple and easy to install This is very simple and easy to install. I just screwed it straight into the drywall, and it's fine. If it eventually pulls out, I'll use some drywall anchors and put it back in. I took off one star because there are no instructions, but you shouldn't really need them. Just look carefully at the pieces and figure out how they work so that you don't install the mounts backwards. Also there's no template for how far apart the two sides should be--you want them close enough together to have some tension, but not too much.If like me, you just need something basic, you can't go wrong with this. I'm very glad that I chose this option. 4Installing is very easy I got this item and was done installing it in 5 minutes to be exact.This comes in a plastic bag (from China) and in it there are 4 screws and 2 metal-like wallFixtures that need to be secure onto the wall using the 4 screws mentioned above.After that you need a small flat screwdriver to secure the holder itself onto the metal-like fixtures.It is worthy to note that the metal-like fixtures need to be placed on the wall with the even surface facingAway from you and towards the wall, otherwise when you try to secure it it will just slip away and not secureAnything.For this installation I used my drill, 4 drywall anchors, and my leveler. (none of these included in this package)And the provided 4 screws.It was easy to do.I would recommend this to friends. 5A good Inexpensive toilet roll holder I bought this for a new outhouse. Came in plain packaging, all pieces included, installation was easy. The photo doesn't show the item but I am so proud of the outhouse I thought I'd post up a picture. All shakes are hand-split by me and the skip-sheathing is recycled pallet wood. Roof is recycled barn tin; most expensive item was the tin I used for the vent. 5
