    Not stackable The whole purpose of redoing my walk in pantry, was to get rid of the round containers and replace them with thestackable containers. I will eventually get rid of these containers, because the top and bottom are not the same size.I also reordered them by mistake, and will use them for a few months until I find another company that carries similar containers that top and bottom match in size. I won't make the same mistake again, and reorders these again. 3I'm so disappointed! It arrived all cute and ready for my pasta. After a quick wash, rinse and dry, I placed a pound plus of rotini into the rectangular tall food container. I snapped on the lock lid and closed all four tabs. Good to go. About a month later, I opened my rotini storage box for the first time...and the first tab that I lifted just broke off. Well, I guess my cute box is done for. Definitely not a good buy if they all break on first use. :'( 2Perfect snack containers Love these containers. I have used them for years for packing cut up carrots, apples, blueberries, etc. for my kids' lunches. They close securely, they are super sturdy. I bought a set of four at a discount store probably almost 10 years ago. The flaps are only now falling off. After years of constant use. I looked them up on Amazon and sure and off they are still available! The only thing that would make them better is if they could somehow nest for storage. 5Won't be without Lock & Lock I have ordered a set from Amazon and hope they continue to stock this size. I've been a Lock & Lock fan for many years and have several of this size for a variety of dry storage. There is only one other storage brand I like almost as much, but even they don't have the complete watertight and airtight quality I know I can count on from Lock & Lock.I accidentally did a comparison test when I bought a huge box of crackers and ran out of space in a tall Lock & Lock so I put the rest of the cracker sleeves into the other brand of storage which are great for short-term storage but by the time we started using the crackers in the Other Brand, they were ... not enjoyable. Stale and soft, they had lost the crispness. I used the last sleeve of crackers from the Lock & Lock and one from the Other Brand on the same day so it was pretty obvious which brand had worked better.Anyway, I use these containers for everything but mostly pasta of different shapes and some of my powdered staples that I don't need in huge quanties, like powdered milk. Never a problem with freshness, in one case, even three years later! 5These are my favorite size of lock and locks These are my favorite size of lock and locks. They are the perfect size for our household's leftover food. As I have said before in a different lock n lock review. The do not leak, they freeze well, but you do have to remove the rubber seal in the lids and clean them from time to time. No big deal. Lock and locks are the best. 5Why does it have tapered sides? I bought the Tall, 8.3-Cup, 67-Fluid Ounce container to store spaghetti pasta. It isn't noted in the description, but this model has tapered sides, being narrower at the bottom than the top, if I had known that I probably would have looked for something else that was actually square. It will take 3, l lb. packages of regular pasta, but you need to remove the packaging to get it all to fit. The tapered base prevents you from adding any more, making that a fairly significant design flaw. I decided to keep it just to avoid the effort to return it, and it will work well enough until I find something better. 3Wrong dimensions The dimensions given are inaccurate... the lid is even under the 4 x 5 dimensions given. The 67 oz locknlock is 11.1 tall... however, the base is actually 2.75 x 4 2Fantastic sealing container Love this container!!! Bought it to store cereal but not quite big enough for a full 15 oz box. Wanted this container because it is tall and slender and fits in my pantry perfectly - have very limited space. Seal is fantastic and the top is very easy to open and close. Dimensions are 11" x 5" x 3 3/4". Some reviews said spaghetti would not fit but I had a one pound box of Barilla spaghetti that fit perfectly. 5Good size but one flap broke off almost right away. No problem with the size, as other reviewers stated, but one of the four locking flaps broke off after maybe using it twice.Never even ran it through the dishwasher.The four different kits of Snapware containers we've had over the past 7 years, only one has had a flap break off, and that was over 6 years old.No more Lock & Lock for us. 1Lock & Lock food storage This Lock & Loch stuff is way way better than Tupperware; I have some I have been using for seven or eight years and it is as good as new; I do hand wash mine, but? I highly recommend this stuff, eh? They come in many different sizes pick the size you want; the square shape takes up much less storage space and they are really really air tight compared to the round stuff out there. I use this one for pasta; I don't know where some of the reviewers got their pasta they said would not fit in this tall one? The stuff I get at Walmart or Sam's fit just fine, eh? 5
