    Too small for my existing work Had to purchase the oversize plate after the standard size was too small to cover existing work behind my original plate. I bought three of these recently. One of them had a chip at the bottom of the cutout for the switch. They're inexpensive so I'm not going to return it but still, with such a simple design you'd think the manufacturer could get the precision cut right. It is decorative, after all.I ended up having to buy longer screws to use with mine because the ones in the package didn't reach the hole in the metal fixture. That may be the fault of the homeowner that set the switch in a little too far but in any case, the screw wasn't long enough. 3Arrived without screws The plate is ok. It arrived without the needed screws to install. Used other screws in ivory that dont match. Also it is brittle and not as flexible as we would like. Should gave gotten vinyl. 3Does the job, not the prettiest Those wall plates work well with my GE z-wave light switches. They're the perfect size and as easy to install as a regular wall plate.The finish is lacking, though. The edges are jagged and could use some filing or better molding.The packaging is the worst part about this product: each plate comes in a very thin plastic bag that is very easy to rip. I was lucky I hadn't thrown out the box they all came in, because more than half the screws had fallen out of those plastic bags. Note that the Amazon packaging wasn't to blame here, since their box actually prevented the loose screws from getting lost when shipped. 3Just a bit of a gap around a leviton 3 way rocker switch I got a couple of these to go with two Leviton 3 way rocker switches I purchased for my laundry / mud room. Switches went in great, and these matched the color perfectly, as expected.Screws matched up fine, nice and snug fit on the wall, but I was a little surprised to see a slight gap around the outer edge of the Leviton switch and the inner edge of this plate. They just don't QUITE have the size right.Not so noticeable as it leaps out at you as soon as you walk in the room, but definitely there when you look for it, unlike the other rocker switch / plate combinations I've used before.Nice solid piece, strong but flexible so you don't feel like the moment you tighten that screw 1/4 turn too much you will crack it. Just wish it fit a little better. 4Good fit, but... This goes with the Leviton OSSMT-MDW Ultrasonic/Infrared, Dual-Relay Multi-Technology Wall Switch sensor, 2400 Sq. Ft Major & 400 Sq. Ft Minor Motion Coverage, White and fits over the switch very well. Unfortunately you should remove the wall plate in order to take off the lens cover from the motion switch to adjust the settings (which are underneath it). I wish they would have made it easier to get that cover off without taking this plate off. You can get it off with the wall plate on but it fits very tight and, it's just a lot easier and less likely you are going to damage the plate by prying against it or the lens cover if you take it off first. 4One of the very few items Levition still makes in America. Although this has been true for several years-decades, Levition has become a increasing global manufacturer. Personally that doesn't sit well with me, as that means more and more American jobs will be lost and may never come back.Luckily some of their plates/outlets are still America made or in the case of the outlets some are made in USA of global components. Sadly none of their GFCI outlets are American made anymore.. 5As basic as you can get. I got a pack of these because I bought a bunch of new outlets with included USB sockets. These new outlets were for gifts, so I wanted to include a simple single gang wall plate so that they would have something to use for installation. I figured they could always switch these basic plates at their own leisure.They are exactly what I expected. The plastic is as durable as I figured they would be. ie don't tighten them too much or you will crack them. This goes for any plastic wall plate, of course.A pack of ten puts these at a good average price, even with absurdly high shipping. This is especially good because cheap plates of this design are surprisingly hard to find in box stores. I guess they figure no one wants plates this cheap? Annoying. 4but still this is better than no cover at all It seems a little flimsy, and while I was trying to put it on I turned the screw a little too much and it cracked. Although that might have just been me tightening it too much. It also didn't fit perfectly, it was a little off, but still this is better than no cover at all. 3Plate fits - be aware this is smaller then builder plates Plate fits but not as large as a standard wall plate. Keller says:Good day,In many parts of the United States, mid-sized wallplates are the preferred "standard." These wallplates are also used to cover oversized holes cut around wallboxes.
