  • 3 Powerhouse Speeds - give this tower fan the power of a high velocity blower fan in a streamlined tower fan body. Low, medium, and high speeds provide a cooling breeze anywhere you need it; around the home or home office.
  • Widespread Oscillation and Directional Louvers - allows you to direct airflow where you need it. Turn on oscillation and the fan will direct air side to side, allowing the air to distribute and cool the room. Direct air up or down by using the directional louvers.
  • Built-in Carry Handle - makes this fan portable and gives you the ability to move it from one area to another. This makes the fan ideal for anywhere around the house or home office.
  • Blue Plug Technology - this built-in safety feature places a fuse directly in the plug of the power cord. If the fuse detects a potentially hazardous electrical fault it will cut off electrical current to the fan, preventing a potential safety hazard.
  • Fully Assembled - allows you to take the fan out of the box, plug it into a wall outlet, and start enjoying a cooling breeze.

Our favorite fan! I think we've bought this item 3 or 4 times now from Amazon. We have it in the bedrooms. It is the best because "high velocity" means a nice steady amount of noise when sleeping. Other fans are actually too quiet for us to create white noise. This fan is not "LOUD" but just the right amount of real white noise needed when sleeping. Also it will seriously blow hard if you need it too. We can always point it away from direct center of room and it will circulate room air extremely well. 5Are You Sick Of Being Made Fun Of? Are you sick of being laughed at for having the weakest fan in town?Do you constantly get made fun of because your fan sounds and feels like a gentle whisper in your ear?Are you tired of having a fan that should be embarrassed to be called a fan? This stops TODAY.Do you want POWER?Do you want some SERIOUS white noise?Do you want to be BLOWN AWAY?Do you want air that CIRCULATES around the whole room?Do you want a fan that you can call YOUR FAN?If you're looking for a butt-kicking, tornado starting wind monster, you've found it. This beast can roar like a white machine lion, and will clear everything in it's path. One of the best fans, period. 5So far, so good I bought two of these, one for a basement and one for a bathroom. These are POWERFUL fans, especially for their size. One potential issue with the design is that they, unlike a typical fan, would be difficult or impossible to clean internally. (To eliminate that issue, I purchased some 3M Filtrete HEPA cloth and cut round "filters" to cover each of the intake suctions. When it's time to clean, I'll simply cut new filters to fit. Since each fan is in a location not frequented by guests, the white filters stuck on each side of the base are irrelevant to me. The "filters" can be easily removed.) I'll update ratings if necessary. 5Loud, the way I like it This is the perfect fan for those in loud environments (cities, obnoxious roommates, or near construction, etc...) to drone out all other sounds. It's become an important staple in my bedroom and I don't sleep well without it! Bought mine back in 2015 and 3 years later still working wonderfully. I like that it's not digital cause I keep it in the "on" position and have it connected to Alexa, so I just turn it on and off with my voice. 5Powerful and loud As the title implies, this fan works well. It's 90 degrees and this fan and the lasko air logic are cooling my house completely. It's loud, but not like bolts in a dryer loud. It's not really even loud enough to white noise my little gremlin children to sleep. But it does mean you'll have to slightly turn the volume up on anything you want to hear. No big deal to me.I like being cool and hope this fan works out in the long term. 5A powerful fan. First two days, so far so good. It's not that loud; the engine is quiet but because it pushes so much air its louder than a regular fan. If you want to use less air conditioning for a room and circulate what you have, this is your fan. Far best the best fan I have ever owned. I have owed an older model of this fan before and the it did get noisier over the course of tens years. As the description suggests, this fan works good for workshops, and garages, however it's strong so it will blow papers or anything else light, all around. It does have too lower options for steady breezes. (hahaha) Other fans are weak and don't do any one a real service, so if you have the room, this is your ticket. 5Loud but man, can it move the air! This thing is LOUD. I have an old Lasko tower T38300. That has been through two moves, paint spilled on it, been knocked over more than I can count. It still works, but its not very attractive and the dog and cat keeps knocking it down. I selected this one because it has a sturdy base. This BLOWS air. I have it in my family room and have to turn up the TV. It don't think it would be good for the bedroom unless you can sleep through the noise, even on the lowest setting. It does use more electricity than my old one but not by much. 5THE MIRACLE FAN I just moved back in with my dad & my grandma. I'm pretty sure my grandma is anti-air conditioning, which is really frustrating considering we live in Florida. My room stays around 85 + all year but winter time, even with AC on, which is never put below 80 . I have been religiously looking for the perfect fan to keep me from killing myself. I also have 3 dogs who sleep in the bed with me, so it gets pretty lethal in there. This fan, I repeat, THIS FREAKIN FAN... is a complete blessing in my life!!! I only have to keep it on low & it puts my box fan to shame blowing on high. I can't believe how amazing it is. For a tower fan with no thermostat, it honestly feels like its blowing out cool air rather than just pushing it around. If I wasn't so poor, I'd order 3 more right now! 5Very impressed! My round floor fan broke after over 10 years I was very frustrated as I need the fan to sleep. I ordered a 42" Lasko tower fan and was very disappointed as it would blow as much air as my 9" desk fan!! But then I found this beauty... compact, still with the sleek design of a tower fan.. and I fell in love!! As soon as I turned this baby on, it was love at first blow lol The power this fan has is amazing! It's even better than the fan I had before! Very potent ! The sound is slightly different than what I'm used too, but it's not louder than what I need. I ordered another one for my parents for the hot Florida summer coming ! The fact there's no assembly required, just made it all even more perfect ! Definitely recommended ! 5Powerful and Sturdy Fan 3/18/15 Over 2 years later and Just over 10,000 hours of use and it is still going strong. Beyond cleaning the dust out of the fan blades every 3 months, the unit still performs better than any other unit I've had. My roommate had purchased the honeywell that has been promoted about 2 months after I wrote my initial review in May. The motor in her fan burned out in November 2014. Apparently, it wasn't designed for regular use. I live in South Florida and the fan runs in my home office 16 hours a day (I have it on a timer) It is still very loud but not in comparison to how much air it moves. Still very happy.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------5/5/2013: I have had this model Lasko fan for over 2 years and like bordering on love it.The unit has a very powerful (and as a result somewhat heavy) motor driving 2 squirrel cage assemblies which draw air in from either side of the unit. Air is channeled through the front louvers which adjust up and down. The unit can oscillate left to right with a button on top of the unit. To say that this unit moves a lot of air is an understatement, on high the fan works impressively in moving air. On low the unit is reasonably quiet, on high the sound is similar to that of a box fan but the airflow is substantially better. Note this isn't a "personal" fan but a true "air mover" We use in in the bedroom to circulate air around the room by pointing it at one of the walls and the force from the fan moves air nicely around the room without having it blow directly on us. (Result, no dry eyes, or scratchy throat in the morning)The only thing hold it back is the difficulty in cleaning the interior portion of dust, pet hair, etc. It took a bit for me to figure out how to disassemble the unit to thoroughly clean it. The key is the "Lasko" emblem on the front of the unit hides a screw which secures the front facia. Removing the facia allows you to clean the interior air channel. The squirrel cage fan blades can be cleaned by removing the 3 screws holding on the side blade protectors.Initially I bought 2 of these units and one was killed by a power spike, wish I had got it repaired because I had been looking for this one for a few months. Highly recommended due to durability, air movement, and simplicity (no flashy/pointless bells & whistles to break). 5
