Great case This case fit wonderfully, and protects my investment against scratches and minor dings quite well. This is not meant to be a heavy duty protective case, but it does a pretty good job of being protective while showing off the unique color of the new MacBooks, I am not disappointed with my purchase at all.The only thing I didn't like about this case was the rubber feet that came with it, they wore off after a couple of months. I contacted the seller and they promptly replaced the feet at no cost, and the new ones seem to be of much better quality! Thanks Kuzy! 5Fits great - but kind of slippery This case snaps on fits perfectly and looks great. It does add a little weight and bulk to the MacBook (which is VERY thin/light) but that is expected. It adds enough weight to the top/display that it may actually wear on the hinge over time, my concern is that it will make the nice/tight hinge a bit looser over time due to the extra weight.I think my main issue with it as it was supposed to be 'grippy' with a rubberized finish and that's a bit of an overstatement here, while it's not glossy and slick plastic it is a bit short of rubbery. It does have a very slight Rubberized finish to it but not enough that it won't slip from your hand. I have a carbon fiber skin installed underneath it and it fits over the skin with not issues and doesn't seem too tight due to the skin. The little clips on the edges look to be wide enough that they'll hold up well, but hopefully they won't break with removal/replacement. I do plan to remove this case when I'm not traveling as I don't need the extra weight on the device while I'm using it at home.The thickness is about right to protect the MacBook and my USB-C mini doc is still able to plug in and work effectively.All in all it is a good cover, I wish it had a bit more grip to it - this would have mad it 5-stars. 4It was also very easy to install Bought it for my husband. Everything is perfect. The hard case shows the beauty of the laptop, the silicone keyboard cover is so thin and fits perfectly,the Mr shield clear screen protector is clear as glass,and it was a set of three. And the Inateck carrying case has a very soft suede/microfiber interior. I'm leaving this detailed info because it was all found on Amazon. And it might save someone time from having to find all the best products. JUST PERFECT!!!!! 5Exactly Ad Advertised Exactly as advertised. Thin and light. Warning - the black is not a deep black (it is about 20% translucent) but once on, the color (rose gold) of my MacBook did not show through. This is a cover designed for style and to protect the laptop from scratches and dings but likely would provide little (if any) drop protection. Great customer service by the seller. Product arrived early and exactly as advertised. 5Not really protective I was disappointed that this case was not rubberized as stated and was the same case sold by Mosiso which advertised it as a hard shell case. If this laptop is fitted with this case drops the case pops off and even with the case it really will not be protected as the case exposes the edges of the laptop. I tried to find a more protective case for this new model but needed it for a trip and didn t have time to order another one. This case is attractive And will protect from scratches and spills if not too much but real damage to the glass or the laptop itself is likely if the laptop falls . 3Very nice! The fit is amazing. There doesn't seem to be much holding it on, but it stays on. I wonder if it will stay on as it begins to wear? In any case, for as long as it lasts, this is a very sleek MacBook cover. Mine is black, but my young daughter gets a pink one, with HER MacBook, for $-mas. 5
