love my new bag love my new bag. I have alot off heavy books to carry into work and this bag fits it all plus more. 3large books, 2notebooks, plus wallet, lotion, water bottle, pens, markers, password book.. I combined 2bags into one.plus no longer hitting my shoulder by carrying everything... 5Great bag! This is perfect for my needs. Check out the video review on one of the most helpful reviews - it really helped me determine that it would meet my needs. In the space where the handle passes through, I store a my big headphones in their case, a folding keyboard, my laptop power cord, two mice and two iPhone charge cords. The center section holds my laptop, as well as another small laptop when I want my personal one - plus a pad of paper. The next compartment holds an iPad and a few miscellaneous small items. I have pens and other small items in the front. I love how it rolls, and the handle is great - very maneuverable. The whole thing isn't too heavy (well, it gets heavy when I put two laptops in it!)...My complaints are small. I personally am not crazy about that black and white inset fabric or the white top stitching. Why don't they just do a few more versions in a more plain or professional look? Also, it would be nice if there were a way to carry it with a shoulder strap, say, for going up a flight of stairs or something. There is also no pass-through for a bigger rolling bag, but I'd rarely use that. Overall, I love this bag. 5Loved it at first, DISAPPOINTED now. This is an updated, 2nd rating of this product. Initially, I gave it 5 stars. I really, really loved this bag when I first got it. I liked the look and the handle glided nicely. The only thing I didn't like was that the wheels are extremely noisy. The issue is that after 6 months of use, 4 days per week, the handle broke. It was still usable, it just didn't slide out all the way. I continued to use it for two months and found that I was getting too frustrated that I had to hold my arm far out to the side in order not to have the bag hit my heel when walking. I stopped using it and went back to my backpack computer bag on wheels. After reverting, I realized that the space of the bag was much less than the backpack... I keep thinking I've forgotten something because there's so much extra room. I am currently much happier with the quieter wheels, long handle and spacious storing capacity than I was with the noisy wheels, short handle and smaller capacity. 1I LOVE this bag I LOVE this bag! I am a teacher and have always used the big Coach diaper bag as my school bag. Well, I ended up carrying so much back and forth that I ended up with a stiff neck at least once a month. It really pained me to buy a roller bag but I felt that I had no other choice. This bag is so awesome! First, the pictures do not do it justice. It's a very nice and stylish bag. Second, there is room for everything! It has a padded laptop compartment so my laptop is nice and snug. Aside from that, I can fit all of my teacher manuals and tons of folders with papers that need to be graded. There is a smaller outside pocket to keep pens and smaller items so it doesn't get lost in the main compartment. There are even 2 nice size outer pockets for extra things. And lastly, if you don't like the look of the handle, it folds right into a pocket and you can just zip it up and never see it! The handles are comfortable so when I have to take the stairs to my classroom, it's no big deal. I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone, especially a teacher! Best purchase I ever made!!!! 5A good buy! Style + substance = shoulder relief After carrying a way-too-heavy shoulder bag for work for too long, I began shopping around for a stylish, but practical, rolling laptop case -- that didn't cost a fortune. As I read up on this one, I decided it seemed to fit the bill perfectly -- a quality bag that met the practical need at a reasonable price. Now that I have it in hand I am even more impressed with the product and satisfied that it was money well spent. Some of the highlights:The material feels substantial (not cheap). I like that it is water-resistant and easy to wipe off dust or dirt that it may pick up as you are using it on busy city streets and sidewalks. It also looks pretty good carried by its handles. It doesn't look like you're carrying a little suitcase! The telescoping handle also feels pretty solid -- not wobbly. It's well-constructed.The laptop section on the inside is nicely padded and leaves plenty of space for a portfolio and some files and papers. The bag overall has a slender profile (which I preferred) and yet has plenty of small compartments for stashing stuff. On the backside, the manufacturer made great use of the space alongside the telescoping handle by providing a discreet section for storing charging cords and back-up laptop batteries. 5Great bag for school I bought this bag 9/25/13. I needed a more efficient way to lug around supplies for school because my shoulders and back are definitely hurting with carrying 2-3 textbooks, a binder, notebook, laptop, calculator, pens, etc. I tried to research this bag immensely before purchasing it but unfortunately there aren't many video reviews of it to actually know how much stuff you can fit inside this bag so I made a video with how much stuff I can cram into it so it was a gamble to buy it without knowing for sure if it would fit what I needed. My main priority was that it fit my huge 2 or 2.5 inch textbook, my smaller 1 inch textbook, and my laptop, and it does.Cons:My Sony Vaio 14in fits snugly into the laptop compartment so I agree with the other reviews that if your laptop is a true 15.4 screen, it would not fit. If I plan to buy a larger laptop, it probably would not fit in the designated laptop compartment but would fit in the spot next to it. (Versatility is a plus!)The handle does seem a bit wobbly and sticks every now and then but has never gotten "stuck." Handle is holding up well so far. I haven't had to manually push in the buttons as other reviewers have said, just an extra push or pull works.Very noisy on concrete and through a parking lot. Sounds like a big cart! The zipper handles are very thin. Luckily I have small hands and fingers so it's not that big of a deal for me but I would prefer regular zipper handles or something with more surface area.Even though I can fit what I need in this bag, an extra inch of width would make such a huge difference. On days where I need to carry extra things, I'll stuff the lighter stuff in a tote.Pros:Feminine design. Not square and boring like most rolling bags.Rolls very well despite being loud. I've never had a problem with it rolling off the sidewalk and pulling it through the grass. This bag is easy to pull or push over big sidewalk cracks and through a bumpy parking lot. I've read reviews of it rolling down stairs well but I haven't personally tried it...but it rolls down curbs very well.Well balanced. I've never had this bag tip over while standing or flip over while rolling.Lots of pockets! Very easy to keep organized.Water bottle holder is holding up well. Nice feature since most other bags don't have this. I use this every day.Waterproof fabric is a definite plus especially with the water bottle holder and if you're running through the rain and don't want to lug around the bag.Very light bag to start compared to other rolling totes/bags so that helps when I need to lift or carry the bag somewhere.Straps are holding up well. I carry the bag across my living room on a regular basis since I don't want to wheel it over my carpet and I also carry it up flights of stairs at school whenever I don't feel like waiting on the elevator.Overall, I love this bag! Very functional and my shoulders and back have been so relieved ever since I started using it. I've only used it for school so far but I can see myself using this bag for personal use and trips if needed. For the first month, it held up pretty well. I'm starting to be more reckless with it now that it's not as "new" so we'll see how it holds up over time. Will update this review in a few months to see how it held up throughout the semester. 5Computer, book, purse, & water bottle! Wheels & handle everything a person needs to rule earth! My wife uses this for work. We bought it 1st for a special work trip all eyes on her, presentations, and she wanted to walk in either her notebook, files, and several folders simply following her on wheels, all relaxed. It was a big success! She used it for a carry-on during flight time, but she just takes a book or magazine to read. She does no work on the plane. When I asked her, why subtract one star? She said it could be roomier. After putting in your laptop (a 2018 DELL from work that easily fits), mouse, cords, electronic devices, put a couple things in the front purse section, pen, phone, passport, etc. you have to plan well in order to squeeze in anything extra (a book is what she took. Nice water bottle carrier on the side! So no worries there. If it holds up all of 2018, with both wheels AND retracting handle intact, I ll have to revise up to five stars on my opinion, alone. Few are they, the pieces of luggage that make it a year being punted about in& out of planes, etc. This we hold ourselves; so far so good! Arrived in time & as described. From experience of one or two trips, I say it is five stars. :-) 4Sensible, Smart, Workhorse of a Rolling Briefcase I've been mulling over several rolling briefcases for daily use at work for some time before making a purchase. I looked at several airline style carry-on bags as well as a few more expensive, very stylish looking ones. The problem with the carry-ons was mainly the lack of pockets for organizing small items and being able to get at them easily, while a plus was the big unstructured area inside for packing odd items or clothing. Fortunately, this item was one of the bags I was considering and it dropped in price at the right time so I ordered it. I had prime shipping so it came quickly and was packaged well. I am pleased with the size, amount of storage pockets, and ease of use. I was afraid it would be too large but it is small considering all it can handle. Even my 24 oz insulated water thermos fits in the side water pocket! Wheels are smooth, good construction, smart design. In fact the only improvement I can think of would be to make the padded laptop sleeve removable so you could switch it out and pack some larger or awkward shaped things (I'm thinking my lunch bag or change of clothes for an overnight trip) just to make it more versatile. But since I can hook my lunch bag over the telescoping handle and still pull it all with one hand, or I could fold clothes tightly, it's not a problem. It could be prettier or come in different colors, but I have no doubt this is going to work wonderfully for me. It was the most sensible choice and I would gift these to friends and family. 5lighweight, compact After having this bag for a couple of months I feel I can really review well. I love the size--small enough to fit in tight spaces. The bag is light-weight and so doesn't add too much bulk. The handles are nice but the "magnet" really is useless as the handles rarely line up on their own correctly for it to work, nor do I find that it holds them together. However they are sturdy enough to carry from home to car etc. in areas where one cannot wheel the bag around. The space inside, while not huge, is enough to hold my laptop, charger, mouse, etc. and a 2 inch binder, notepad, and several smaller items, which is exactly what I was looking for. The division and space planning in the bag is really good, and I appreciate the water bottle sleeve. The really only downside is the wheels. They work well but they are REALLY loud. However, overall for the price and features I could not be happier. So far it is holding up to daily abuse. 5Nice looking bag This is a good-looking feminine bag. I've had it a week - here are my thoughts.Pros:CuteLots of places to stash small goodies (newspapers, magazines, pens, kleenex)Slim look handleClear wheelsCons:Handle a bit tricky to extend/put back; wobblyNo shoulder strap, no hooks for a strap should you want oneA bit on the heavy side for such a small bag (5 lb 5 oz)Not at all quiet on asphaltMagnetic-closed bag straps are about 2-3" too short to allow carrying it comfortably on the shoulder, so not at all sure why the "Air-Flo Contour (TM) Panel" is even there to "dissipate heat and hug the body for greater comfort." This is the biggest reason it lost a star (along with no shoulder strap). It's awkward to carry. The video is simply a quick and dirty look at the bag's configuration:front pocket for pens and stuff with zipper pocketlarge outside slip magazine pocketlarger zippered pocket with divider (same depth as the magazine pocket = 0)main zippered pocket with quilted notebook holder - I put a tape dispenser in the bottom to show the depth available (my laptop is in the bag)bottle holder on the outside with magnets to keep it closed when not in usezippered handle storagezippered back compartment with four elasticized mesh pockets - this is 2-2.5" deep and is divided by the handlesmaller outside slip magazine pocketLargest dimensions: 17.75 W x 7.25 D x 14.75 T inches (without straps) 4
