    Great for stationary purposes So far, they feel durable. Using them as speaker cables for studio monitors, and I don't get much noise from them. Pretty good deal, as they also work as guitar cables. I would not recommend these for using as guitar cables during gigs, because they are not designed to be moved excessively. If you are using them to wire two things together, they're great, but if you are planning on dancing around stage with a guitar, don't expect them to last too long. 5Good quality for the price Good quality for the price. Worked as expected. Gold plating would have made these a bit better for noise/conductivity. Seem durable and worked well for patching an external effects processor to our mixer board. Color coding was a nice touch. 4Reliable enough cabling for your needs This what I needed, this is what I bought. These will be used to string stuff together in a studio setting. They are inexpensive and functional but like any cable, they should be considered consumable items. These are also not surrounded by the ultimate in shielding or constructed with some magic-gathered-from-outer-space superconductor. In spite of all that, you'll be perfectly satisfied as long as you don't expect them to last forever... because they won't. A good, long time? Certainly. Forever? NO. 5Good wires,good price too I have bought several of these cables to go between mixers and amps and eq's . They always fit tight and work well without adding any noise. Seem to be fairly heavy duty but I dont know what size wire is on the inside. Overall they work great for my needs. 5Should last for a good long time Bought these to connect my audio interface (Line 6 UX1) in stereo to my powered Monitors (M-Audio AV40). I had been using two 10ft quality instrument cables, but I wanted them back for their primary purpose. No change in audio quality when switching to the Hosa CPP201. No crackle, buzz, or hiss at all. Admittedly my equipment is not high end, but this are also very reasonably priced cable. Should last for a good long time. 5GARBAGE. Don't waste your money. Re-writing my original review. One of the cables went bad literally 3 days after the return window ended. So, they worked fine for less than a month...and that was light duty use, plugged into th same devices and not touched at all. Waste of money. Once again, another lesson...you get what you pay for. 1Old School Hook-Ups: Too Legit In my home studio, I have my choice between modern digital plug-ins, and my old trusty outboard modules to generate sounds for use; in conjunction or as stand-alone instruments. These cables are perfect for these purposes. They are reliably functional, rugged and audibly transparent. A great but for the studio, live performances and field audio location processing... 5I've been using Hosa [interconnect] cables for years, decades ... I've been using Hosa [interconnect] cables for years, decades and have come to trust them. This cable is being used in a small conference room p.a. system. Everything works as advertised and I have peace of mind that it will continue to do so based on my past experience with Hosa products. 5Good for the price if using in one location, definitely not for gigging Good for this price, but seem to be cheaply made (surprise). Any jostling near the connections generates considerable static. I'm fine with them, just using at home, but definitely would not use these for gigging or if I was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. 4Cheap solution for guitar amp FX loop I got tired of the mess and broken cables from running dual cables into the send return in the back of guitar amps. these do the job much better, and seem to have less strain on them because of the way they are tied together. Plus the color coding is great. (I think orange = hot = return to amp). 4
