    Nice product but useless anchors and no template It's a great product for the price with two exceptions. First, the anchors it comes with (as noted by other reviewers as well) are utter garbage. There is a high probability they will simply fall behind your drywall. So, you should give serious consideration to just going to buy new ones. What size? No clue. None of the other reviewers mentioned it, and by that time I was frustrated, so we just used drywall screws and it feels secure on the wall. This has been a complaint of the product for 4 years so it surprises me the company hasn't resolved this issue. I mean, they're plastic anchors. They have to be the cheapest part of the entire kit. Anyway, there is also no template included and the instructions are useless. Most mounted wall items these days come with a template so one can easily mark where to drill the holes. Not this product. It was very frustrating.That being said, the product itself looks nice. This would be a five star product (especially for the price) if the manufacturer included a better small piece of plastic (anchor) and a piece of paper (template). Super cheap to resolve. 3No template, anchors are garbage I can only assume that the people who rated this so highly have never replaced bath hardware before, and therefore had no expectations of what a quality company includes in the package. I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly. The product itself is decent enough for the price, but the wall anchors are garbage. Luckily, I had a stockpile of anchors so I was able to make do. However, the fact that no template was included is highly annoying. I even took the time to check the company's website to see if a download is available. It is not. You better be a very accurate measured if you choose to purchase this product. 3Great for bathroom update. We just updated our bathroom and needed matching towel bar, hand towel bar, tp holder, hook. I found this and was at first skeptical because the price was lower compared to other products. It arrived and I was very happy! We did not install the towel bar yet because we have not decided where to put it. The other items are installed and pictures attached. Easy to install and durable. 5Inaccurate & Worthless instructions The hardware seems like the standard hardware you would buy anywhere, nothing special about it. The instructions that came with mine were misleading and inaccurate. They show the plate that goes on the wall going in a vertical direction but actually it needs to be placed in a horizontal direction. Like others mentioned on here, the drywall anchors that came with it don't work and there's no template to go by so you better make sure you measure right and get everything accurate. After I drilled the 1/4" hole in the drywall, I placed the anchor in the hole and pressed flush just like any other time I've installed a drywall anchor. When I went to drill the screw in, the anchor went on back into the wall and wouldn't catch on the drywall. I tried several times but ended up pushing all the anchors into the wall. So it's off to the local hardware store to buy the right kind. Oh and I've got several holes to patch in my wall. What should have taken about 30 mins has taken me several hours. 1Great price & good quality After going through some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about buy this set for my bathroom. However since I was on a tight budget and the price was right for what I was looking for, I took the plunge & got it. I'm so glad I did! I am very happy with this bathroom set because it looks nicer than the photo. It has good hardware included for attaching it to walls and once attached it was very sturdy - it didn't budge. I really like the finish best of all because it is like a satin nickle finish (not that shiny fake silver one). So, it matches the space saver shelves and magazine rack I have for my bathroom. 5Looks nice, but feels cheap, still happy with the purchase though! I just re-did my entire home and I was looking for budget friendly ways to renovate my house. I decided to go with the bronze theme throughout the house and after realizing how expensive this type of stuff was in the local stores around town I decided to search on amazon. After reading the reviews I decided to purchase these bronze fixtures. They look really nice and match everything bronze in my home BUT they do feel cheesy. They don't have that heavy bronze feel that you would expect since they look really fancy! In this instance it's a get what you pay for type thing. If you are on a budget, these are great. If you can spend a few extra dollars, I would. 4Looks great but plastic Looks great but unfortunately it is made of plastic. They are actually a satin nickel finish that looks nice. They all seem to hold up well. The only reason I took a stars off is because they are made of plastic. Not a huge deal for the price you pay, but not sure how they will hold up over time. You can't really tell they are plastic by looking at them though. They don't bend with towels on them at all. All in all for the price not bad.Another reason it is only 4 stars is the installation. One thing I would recommend is to use your own anchors. The ones the kit comes with are not very good. In general the instructions are not good. They are not hard to install but you will need a large level for the towell rack. 4Nightmare to install These were so frustrated to install they are cheaply made and just awkward how they hang it took me all day to install this set. I don't see these lasting for a long time they are cheaply made Metal. if you have the patience,the price point was okay but installing these where nightmare only thing holding them up is one little tiny awkward little screw that holds the bracket up and I didn't have a small enough skrewdriver ( like a pair of glasses flat head) so had to use a tiny pair of tweezers to twist the tiny screw into the bracket.I would never purchase these again. 3Looks Very Classy & Not Cheap Looking... & You'll Need a 30" Level & Self Tapping Anchor Bolts It's absolute bargain for how it looks. Really updates a bathrooms look when used with other simple inexpensive remodel improvements. Feels cheap? Nah! Besides you're not supposed to hang on them!However, the installation instructions absolutely suck for inexperienced do it yourselfers like me.You'll need at least a 30" level which you can buy for cheap at either Lowes or Home Depot. Heck, it beats paying someone else to do it for you, when you can easily do this yourself.Next you'll need self-tapping anchor bolts. I purchased mine at Home Depot. Just take the anchors you receive with your kit, then take them to your hardware store & ask what they recommend as a replacement for self-tapping anchor bolts. You'll need a tape measure to measure 24 inches wide from left side bar hole to right side bar hole. note: I'm not referring to the other 2 holes you'll need to drill. Drill one corner 1st with one hole then the next (RH) corner hole for towel bar rack.Everything else is a breeze to install using just a level & tape measure to center everything. If no room for towel rack or robe hook (the one with pronged upward hooks) Then install round ring about 4ft above floor on center of bathroom door, then use the robe hook (the one with pronged upward hooks) on another door perhaps closet or bedroom & use it to hang a coat or guests coat, just like the bathroom.If confused you may find Youtube helpful, but did not find it useful.Please click yes, if this review truly helped you as it will positively motivate me to continue writing helpful reviews for those who are grateful & rely on reviews like I do. 5You get what you pay for This is overall is a great product, for the price. The color is exactly satin nickel (see photo). The reason I took two stars off is because the actual towel bar, ring, and toilet paper bar are plastic. It isn't noticeable, if you're only looking a the hardware, but you can feel that it's plastic. Only the parts that attach to the wall are metal.The other reason I took stars off is for the fact that the drywall anchors that come with this product are no good. They fall when they are in the drywall and break easily. Because of this installation was a little bit of a pain for my husband. We ended up buying good drywall anchors at Home Depot to replace the tiny ones that were included.Also, the metal hardware does mess up the paint on the walls (visible in the picture of the toilet paper holder), so you will need to touch up the paint. 3
