Description

Set of 25 pieces of 11x14 Picture Mats for 8x10 Photo with backing boards and bags
This item comes with the 25 pre-cut mats, 25 backing boards and 25 clear bags.
The opening size is 7.5"x9.5" for 8x10 print. Color: White
The mats are beveled cut with white core and 4-ply thick (about 1.4 mm or 1/16 inch), The backing is white on both side.
The re-sealable adhesive strip of the clear bag is below the opening of the bag instead of on the flap.

Golden State Art PICTURE MATS deserve your business. They are GREAT! I was more than pleased when I received my order after my inspection. These are perfect for my use and the quality is fantastic. Sure, there are more expensive mats out there but for my purpose these knock it out of the ballpark. The package of Mat & Backing & Bag together really works. Purchasing these and getting free shipping from Amazon Prime was a dream come true. Those of us who live on Maui (Hawaii) really cringe at the cost of having items shipped here. Often times the shipping cost is higher than the item purchased. 5Great Bright White Mats at a reasonable price I've read some of the other reviews here about bent corners and a few unusable mats and while I can see how that would happen, My box arrived well packaged and with all the mats clean and crumple free. A couple of the backing boards had very very slight tearing but when a mat is put over them the tears are a non issue.They are a clean and fairly bright white. I noted another reviewer complaining that the opening is smaller than 8x10. That is almost always the case in these bulk mat purchases. You need the extra space to overhang your 8x10 print. If you read the description it states that it is for an 8x10 photo, but that the opening size is 7.5"x9.5.BOTTOM LINE: I used these recently to mat photos for sale at an exhibition I was part of. The mats showed beautifully and there were no dud mats in the bunch I received. Of course, I haven't used the entire box up yet but I did look through them all quickly. If I find bad torn or crumpled mats down the line I will amend this review. 100% recommend. 5high quality for the price I bought these for my final semester in my photography program. I had a student show and a portfolio show. They were so wonderful, great quality. They worked well with the linen tape I also purchased on amazon. 5Everything I Need in One package Everything I need for matting my photography in one package for one low price....I use a lot of mats, over 30 a year, so this was a great deal for me: Thank-you! 5Matt and Backing don't match I have been using this product for awhile and find the 3 in 1 matt + backing + bags to be an excellent value. However the last pack I ordered did not match up, the backing was nearly an inch too short. It makes the packaging with my prints look very unprofessional, but I don't have enough time between receiving the order and selling at events to send them back. I will continue to use this company but if I get another batch like this I will have to find a new one. All 25 in the pack were mis-cut. They arrived earlier than their projected shipping date, which was wonderful in helping curb a little of my anxiety while getting ready for an art show. The plastic cover bags were carefully arranged on top of the mat fronts and back, kept nice and flat so there wouldn't be any creasing. The mat fronts and backs were wrapped in cellophane to keep them from moving as little as possible and protect them. The box it was all shipped in was rather heavy cardboard that had a bit of breathing room for the products inside.I was so glad to see that the adhesive for the cover bags was on the bag itself and not the flap. It made putting my matted photos into the bags a very easy process.I can't wait to see the impact these mats have on sales.
