Plug it into the TV's USB port to keep it charged I first ordered the adapter instead of the transmitter, which turns a receiver into a bluetooth receiver. I wanted this one instead, so I finally ordered it.It works fine if I keep the same bluetooth headset. I tried to use a different headset to try it out, and it switched to the other one without much trouble, but it had a little trouble switching back- it took multiple tries for them to link...I am not sure why.A great feature would be to allow multiple headsets to remain linked, and possibly even to use more than one at a time.Anyway, the sound quality is very good, and other than when we switched, there are no connection troubles. We plugged the USB power cord into the TV's powered USB port so we will never have to charge it. It is on only when the TV is on, so it won't be charging all the time. Our next purchase will be more comfortable BT headphones. 4To use it is to love it! Wow! So far I have used it on my PC at work (a networked unit), my personal laptop at home and my MP3 player. No hassles at all with connection to my Jabra headset (like an ear bud, just one ear). Charges quickly (1.30 minutes, less than the advertised 2 hours), keeps it's charge very well (a good 8 hours of continuous use). It is small and unobtrusive at work (heh heh), and rather pretty....a little blue disk, light and slim. Next purchase from Amazon will be a Bluetooth stereo headset, with which I will watch movies at home on my laptop (in a recliner, with up to 3 small dogs ALSO in my lap). Eliminating the head-laptop tether will be the ultimate luxury. I'm sure the GOgroove BlueSense TRM Wireless A2DP Bluetooth Transmitter will connect perfectly as always. And yeah, I'm going to get another, one for work, one for home, and maybe one for car..... 5It just works This is a great item that solved a frustrating problem I have with my Macs running Windows 7 (broadcom driver won't update and recognize any bluetooth devices... even though they all work fine on the SAME computer running Mac OS X Mountain Lion.. pfft, Microsoft). I plugged it in, charged it up and it was the easiest thing in the world to sync to all my bluetooth headphones. It sounds great 80% of the time. I love this item so much I bought a second one to use in case I have to charge the first one (and to travel with). I do not have something else to compare it to. I love that this exists and it charges so quick. One thing I have a minor complaint about is I wish that the cord for the audio was longer, but I am picking up a coupler and some cables to fix that. You can't beat it for the price. It arrived very quickly and in good working order. 5Works like it is supposed to - Great This Blue Tooth transmitter works great. I mainly use it for two things: I enjoy listening to the radio in the house and can now do that without disturbing others. I use the AirFi blue tooth headset and simply Pair the AitFi and BlueSense TRM to each other before plugging it into the headphone jack of the radio. I also do the same thing with my S6 smartphone (Pair the Blue sense and S6) and listen to whatever I want to thru the AirFi headset. when I want to play it outloud on better speakers, i pair the bluesense TRM to that speaker (instead of airfi). I currently pair to the OONTZ speaker for this. Everything works great. Arrived on time and worked out of the box. 5Works as described So far so good, item works as described. No real issues. I am using it with an old 2008 160 GB iPod (which was retrofitted to 500 GB via eBay). Connects with no issues. Works with a Bose Soundsport wireless headphone which my wife gave me since she is using AirPods now. Battery life seems decent and I received a 3 year warranty for registering. So far I am very happy with this product. I originally tried one of those units that plugged into the 30 pin connector on my device and it was not compatible with my device so I tried this one. I'm glad I did. 5Nice inexpensive Bluetooth stereo transmitter for any audio source with a headphone jack. I just got this today, and it works great. I paired it with an iKross IKBT19 2 in 1 Bluetooth stereo receiver adapter to send sound from my TV, or Sansa Fuze MP3 player, or laptop, or any audio source, to my earbuds, or car stereo, or home stereo, or self-powered computer speakers. I had a little trouble at first getting it to pair up, but kept trying until I got it right. It's always going to be little tricky to pair up two BT devices that have no displays or menus to tell you what is going on. After charging up the Gogroove transmitter, simply hold down the only button until the LED flashes alternately red and blue. The instructions say to turn on your bluetooth receiver first. After no pairing the first couple of tries, I realized that the iKross BT receiver was already paired with my Nexus 7 tablet. So I entered the Bluetooth settings screen on the Nexus 7 and unpaired the iKross. After that it quickly paired up with the Gogroove transmitter. If you use the transmitter while powered from the USB connector, and then you disconnect the power cord and then reconnect it, it restarts the transmitter, and you may have to pair it again with the receiver. Anyway, I got the hang of it and it works great. Stereo and sound quality is good to my old ears. 5Works well but has a weak cable This thing is amazing. I use it on my oculus go and my tv. Battery life on here is amazing and much better than other Bluetooth transmitters that have 10 hr battery. Great that it comes with the Velcro because I use it to stick on my oculus go and it holds up really nice. The cable attached to the unit however does not seem to be very durable and it feels like it could easily break with enough force. Also if you break it then you can t just get another cable, you would have to replace the actual unit. 5Know what you want to use it with.... I bought this to use with my Yamaha RX-671 receiver, to power a Bluetooth speaker on the porch to play whatever is on the receiver. As it turns out, it's impossible to use this with this particular receiver. The Yamaha shuts down all speakers when you hook anything to the headphone jack. So, I got the y-cable to be able to attach this to the Audio Output or Zone 2 Output. No dice. The Audio Output on this receiver only works when your input is Mono, and the Zone two output assumes it is being attached to another amp, NOT speakers.I did finally get the arrangement to work by sending the HDMI sound output to the TV (Samsung Plasma) and can use either the BlueSense directly on the TV headphone jack, or with the y-cable on the Audio output jacks (which produces better sound). In all, it was a week waiting for the y-cable, and then two hours with both manuals before I got it to work. It DOES work, though. There is some time lag - it won't matter, since the Bluetooth speaker will be on the porch. 3Bluetooth transmitter I like this blue tooth transmitter. I have used it on an older iPod classic, a newer iPod classic, iPod touch, iPad 2. It is easy to use, the one headphone I paired it with went easy. I was surprised at the transmitters range! The only thing I don't like is that it is too easy for the wire at the jack site and on the transmitter itself to kink, bend or break with even routine use. I place all my iPods in a plastic container meant for photos when in use. I use a small piece of Velcro to hold it and Bluetooth transmitter in place. This helps avoid weight, bending or pressure points on the transmitter wires.NEW ADDITION TO MY REVIEW MADE A YEAR LATER;A year later and product still works great. I was concerned with that fragile cable of unit. I walk daily and have had problems with cable bending at weight points. I use it with my iPod classic. I found a product that works great to eliminate this problem. It is especially made for such a purpose. It is 'form&fix' by SUGRU. I bought mine at a local store. Found it by accident and gave it a try. I now have a stable cable on adapter. No more pressure points to bend and create problems. Product is made for use on electrical cables among other things, It is heat, water resistant. Usage is easy even for someone like ME! 4Be free Sometimes my wife and I are not able to sleep at the same time. I looked at some very expensive wireless headphones, but settled on this little contraption. First of all, now I can listen to the TV on my bluetooth headphones. Secondly, I love this when I have to travel. I'm constantly yanking my headphones out of the jack on the plane. Now I plug this in, and poof! I no longer have a wire from my head to the seat. It's awesome! Particularly on international flights, it's nice to be able to move around while still listening to the movie or music.I have been able to pair this device in seconds with my headphones. I haven't tried anything else. 5
