    This is a nice stand. It's just heavy enough that I don't ... This is a nice stand. It's just heavy enough that I don't have to worry about it tipping while rolling off TP. Simple assembly and done within minutes. Note: it doesn't hold any more than 1 roll at a time. Well worth the price. Many other free standing holders are just not heavy enough. I've had it for two months and no discoloration. Highly recommended. 5Looks sharp and is very stable I have had this tp holder for a while now. It looks sharp and is very stable. I'm very happy with my purchase 5Broken after a couple months We loved this in our renovated bathroom shortly after purchase, especially because we didn't want to screw a toilet paper holder into the brand new cupboard. However, after about a month to month and a half, the screw at the L joint, that held the toilet paper holder to the base, started to wiggle. This became gradually worse over time to the point that the holder started to lean and the toilet paper roll no longer stayed on when taking toilet paper off. We took the bottom off in hopes that we might be able to fix it, but you would have to have a specially designed super long screwdriver to be able to reach the screw that was loose. Perhaps we got a dud, but I would definitely not recommend this product! 1Sturdy, high quality, sleek modern style Sturdy, significant weight keeps tissue stand in place. Sleek, modern style... liked that product did NOT offer spare tissue holder. True brushed nickel finish, goes well with existing bathroom hardware. Recommend facing open end away from you to prevent tissue roll from spinning off rod.... this doesn't appear to be an issue tho makes sense should user have an aggressive spin ;-). It lasted a week and a half until the stand came loose from the base. The stand went all wobbly and tilted. I turned over and found the screw that keeps the stand in th base. "Aha! ", I sez to meself, "I can fix this in a jiffy with a screwdriver, and all will be well". "Not so fast", sez the toilet paper holder. "You've been givin' us a pain, we don't like you so we're gonna come lose every day until the thing-a-ma-bob is stripped and no screw will ever tighten us again". And so it unfolded. This is a toilet paper holder with an attitude so please avoid at all costs unless you like a toilet paper holder that holds a grudge. 1Design flaw, will break soon Bought 3 of these for my house, 2 out of the 3 started wobbling, and eventually the top part came off. There's no way to reattach once loose because the small thread and nut are rattling around inside the two tubes. No way to reach the company either. Only lasted 3 months. The screw end was a bit crooked and I was afraid it would tilt, but a bit of fixing and it was okay. I like the design, especially the shape of the bottom plate. It takes up very little space and it just what I needed. 4
