    excellent value for the price. I really bought this kit as a "filler" for an EMT medical bag I bought for my daughter to take to college.I have to say however,that I was really impressed with it as a stand alone first aid kit.The carrying case is very impressive,sturdy,with a tight seal.Would be excellent for hunting or fishing trips.BTW 5Being up in the mountains you don't have access to many stores so this first aid kit will serve us well as it has 300+ items in it and is totally organized by separate bins and was easily stored. Thanks !!! 5Kit is nice. Large and covers a large range of issues Kit is nice. Large and covers a large range of issues. It's marketed for home, hiking, car, etc but is really difficult to use if it's just laying on it's back. you have o stand it up nd then open it r thing spill everywhere. Not a big deal if it's just on a table, but if you are quickly trying to grab something or are using it for hiking where there is no way to prop it up, you are probably going to dump the whole thing. That being said, I am still pretty impressed with the range of things in it. 4Adequate for what it is but needs additional items At first I was tempted to send it back since the total cost of materials and box total less than $10 and some contents amounts seem imbalanced as to needs. Also, the marketing label leaves a heavy residue when peeled-off and a solvent is needed to clean it. BUT, it provides me with a start for what is needed in a box so I can remove stuff that is extra and add things that should be in there. It hangs conveniently on a wall. It also saves some time from building a kit from scratch. 3Passed me on OSHA inspection Like most of you who are probably reading these reviews I only purchased this kit to be over-prepared for an OSHA inspection at my business.The kit itself includes everything you ll need for this part of your inspection, additionally I purchased a small first aid kit sign to put on the cabinet door inside my break room where I placed the first aid kit! (I passed it, if you were wondering).The kit includes everything you *should* have in your business but not a lot of it (maybe enough for 2-3 people) if you do buy this kit remember this is mainly a CYA Type of item - you ll want to also purchase band aids/Tylenol/Motrin/etc...at a storeOverall the item arrived on time, as described and had no damage. I m happy with my item 5Not worth it. Returning if possible. Not good. Mostly made in China with the exception of medicine: aspirin, non-aspirin and creams for wounds, burns or bee stings.The quality is not there. For example the adhesive strips: Johnson & Johnson's Band-aids actually flex around joints whereas the Chinese made adhesive strips do not ( see picture thumb and index fingers Band-aids bend with the joint as they should and you can feel the thought put into it). The Chinese-made adhesive strips do not bend with joint see middle and ring fingers. As long as wound is in a non-joint the adhesive strip may hold, but Band-aids seem to have better glue. The J&J kit was actually cheaper but if I get cut you'll be sure I'll look for the better quality kit. The Chinese FA kit does have instructions in Spanish as well. The J&J kit tells you exactly where things come from and the gauzes are made in China as well as Nitrite gloves. The J&J gauze is 8 layers vs other at 4 thin layers. As much better quality. Again in case of wound I'll go for J&J.There's no way I could return the 326 product? I haven't tried yet. I would have have to get more things to complete J&Js smaller kit which was purchased at a regular retailer. I'll try to return it but who knows.I cannot recommend this product. There are better options. My only consolation is that I bought on sale but at 2.5x J&J's price!!!Also doors inside not well made.Don't buy it. Too expensive and items decades behind in technology and quality. (SEE PICS)I DO NOT RECOMMEND. 1Nice case. and it is definitely sufficient. One great thing about this first aid kit (for me) is the hard/wall mountable case.I'm not worried about OSHA guidelines but I don't want all the supplies to get water logged while sitting out at my camp. So the hard (moderately) sealable case is a plus. Having it mounted on my shelter wall makes it super convenient to locate and get what you need. That comes in handy all the time but especially when my 76 year old dad who is on blood thinners is out there helping me.It includes antacid, aspirin, and non aspirin which are seemingly somewhat difficult to find in this price point. They're obviously not hard to add, but they're nice to have already. It doesn't have any "survival" gear. Which I like to have but that stuff usually adds to the price or takes away from the actual medical supplies.The only other medical supplies I would/will add are another roll of gauze and some hydrogen peroxide.I should have room after that to add a mylar blanket, a lighter, a knife, and a small flashlight or headlamp to make it a great little kit.This is the most expensive first aid kit I have bought (I have several around 25 dollars) and I am definitely happy with the whopping extra 10 bucks spent.. 5Great ... BUT has its flaws I think the amount of items in here is fantastic for a workplace. It has almost everything you need; HOWEVER, I hate the chintzy plastic container on the inside. Everything pops out when you try to grab one thing. The dividers are cheap plastic pieces that do not stay in place therefore causing all things in the container to mix together. I work in a high industrial place. If you have an emergency, you want to find something quickly. That prevents people from doing so. 3Very disappointed I was really looking forward to this item but really disappointed once I received it. The contents appear to be in good conditiin. But the box is damaged. The side is all cracked and won't create a seal. Now everything is loose inside the container. I wanted to set this up and hang it up in out kitchen for emgergency but I will have have to keep it flat. Otherwise everything will just fall to the the bottom. 1Barely adhesive bandages, no large bandaids I will start with the pros... It is pretty well packed. There are some things missing, but the basics are met. I will definitely need to fortify this kit as the bandaids are barely adhesive... Honestly the cheapest bandaids you can use. There are no large bandaids, only small ones which is another irritating aspect. The hard case is nice but the design on the inside could be more space efficient or easy to access. Overall it's an okay starting point but definitely requires additions to be complete. Make sure to purchase more bandages and also more gauze tape as those are barely adhesive and won't stay on. Essentially useless because they aren't adhesive. 3
