  • SAFE AND NON-TOXIC: Like all Ecolution cookware, this pan is PFOA free and reflects our commitment to safe kitchen accessories for both you and the environment.
  • USE AND CARE: Use only utensils safe for non-stick cookware. After cooking, allow the pan to cool on a heat-resistant surface. Do not pour hot water into the pan, as grease can splatter and cause the bottom to warp. Dishwasher safe.
  • SPECIFICATIONS: Package includes (1) crimson red 11" diameter Ecolution Evolve Non-Stick Fry Pan.
  • QUALITY DESIGN: Crafted from durable and resilient pure heavy-gauge aluminum, the Ecolution Evolve Non-Stick Fry Pan is the perfect tool for cooking fish, poultry, meat, large amounts of vegetables, and any other dish you can think of that requires a larger surface! It features a comfortable silicone handle that stays cool for easy use as well as grooved rings that ensure consistent heating. Best of all, it was designed with ecologically advanced Hydrolon non-stick, a water-based non-toxic coating that encourages healthy cooking.

Handle caught fire. The griddle worked well initially but after a few days the handle caught fire. At the juncture where it slips over the metal part.Actual flames for 2-3 minutes. I always have a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, and I was in the kitchen when the flames started,so no threat.I cook over Medium temperature only, never higher, and I have a normal electric range.I think most likely they use an adhesive and the adhesive caught fire. 2Does the job, but is not flat. I've been using this for about a year now. The non-stick is awesome, but that's true of most non-stick pans these days and it heats relatively even. It does the job, but the pan is not flat. It's higher in the center, so wet ingredients (pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc) run to the edges. 3Atleast the eggs don't stick. Not sure what up with the handle but it lays on the stove top actually touching it. I can only use it only on the front burner so that it hangs over the side. 1This started out as a great product I loved the design and the soft handle This started out as a great product I loved the design and the soft handle. Unfortunately, I only had this product less than 4 months, and I started noticing chips and peeling on the inside of the pan. I am extremely careful with my pans do not use metal on them. I feel it should last longer than a few months. Not happy 1Great pan! Had one for around 10 years and it's still holding up I had a smaller pan from this company for about 10 years, and it's still holding up (a few minor scratches and stains on the bottom - just don't use metal), so I figured I'd get a bigger pan from the same company. This pan is great! Very non-stick. I make sure not to turn it above medium, as I do with all my nonstick pans (save the high heat for the stainless steel or carbon). So far so good. It's great to have a big pan so I can cook more stuff when I need a non-stick surface. 5Not for induction stove It's completely my fault that I didn't read the product description clearly, but this was being sold alongside the other Ecolution pans that I already have and really like. Unfortunately, unlike those other pans, this is pure aluminum and does not work on my induction stove. It looks cute and matches my other pans really well, so I'm sad that I can't use it. 4It's actually nonstick like it says (what a novelty) This pan is great. After purchasing 2 allegedly "nonstick" pans that I won't mention (but they rhyme with bean birth), I was getting pretty frustrated. I took a chance on this pan & have not been disappointed. I've used it regularly for a few months without any sticking issues so it gets 5 stars & those other pans are now row markers in my vegetable garden...so I guess they were good for something after all. 5Perfect omelet pan! I just bought this for a friend who was looking for a good omelet pan. I bought one for myself 3 months ago and have used it daily since then, and I love it! The bottom that meets the gas flame has become stained from olive oil spilled over the edge (I still use a little oil or butter even though it's a nonstick), but I'm careful with the interior, never using metal spoons or metal spatulas, and it is still perfect. I use a little dish soap and a wet paper towel, wipe and rinse and it's ready to go again. The rivets sometimes take a little more attention since I like to crisp the cheese along the edge of omelets, but a quick scrape with my thumbnail does the trick to clean them. I don't cook tomatoes in it, or other acidic foods; I have an All-Clad stainless I use for those. I also still use an older nonstick (a Greenpan that no longer works as an omelet pan because it sticks a bit) for things like fresh blueberry pancakes. I may be underestimating the Ecolution's potential by limiting its use, but having a dependable omelet pan is a must for me. My Greenpan was treated the same way initially, but it started sticking after a couple of months, even after extra cleaning to address using oils. Unlike stainless pans, nonsticks don't last forever. My Calphalon nonstick was the longest lived before this one, lasting about two years, but I paid a lot more for it, and I like this one better. 5It's great at being non-stick but the handle will need to be tightened occasionally If I had to rate this pan after 18 months of use, I would give it 5 out of 5 stars, just like I have in this review. That's because the pan itself is a great non-stick surface which has helped with dietary concerns of using excessive butter or oil as a lubricant to keep food from sticking. However, I will say the handle of this pan needs to be tightened on a semi-regular basis, which is confusing because I'm not overly aggressive like those pancake flippers. At the end of the day, if you like non-stick pans and you're okay with turning a screw clock wise anywhere from 180 to 365 degrees on a bi-monthly basis, then this is the pan for you. Those that are complaining their pans are warped are probably using them as weapons (not intended use) or a scratched surface (using metal utensils on a non-stick pan) are not ones to worry about. 5Seller does not honor lifetime warranty. I have changed my review from 5 stars to 1. I loved this pan until the coating started peeling off after about a year. I contacted the seller because there is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. After 3 emails the seller still has not gotten back to me about the warranty. So if you want a pan that you have to replace every year, and you don't mind supporting a dishonest merchant, buy it. Otherwise find something else. 1
