    Simple, effective, does not block the top wall socket. I'm going to keep this short and simple.Product arrived on time. It fits on the BOTTOM of a double wall socket, and the TOP wall socket is fully accessible without problems.The Green LED lights stay on once they're plugged into the wall socket.So far, i've got 3 Apple 5W chargers in each of the socket which sits next to my bed. Charges 3 iPhones without any issues. 5Great little device, really small. Small and fits a 2 outlets bottom socket while having enough room to use the top socket. I;m using this under my kitchen sink in order to plug my dishwasher while the other socket is used for the garbage disposal and is linked to a switch. This device is easy to use. Just plug it in and plug the appliance or electronic you would like to protect against surge. It is rated for 900 Joules which should suffice for most equipment connected. I decided to add a power surge as we have some lights dimming while the AC is kicking and I read it may damage equipment. Time will tell how it performs. 5Note the length of this surge protector if you have limited clearance below the socket. Purchased two of these, one for my parents 'over the range' microwave, as well as added protection for my iMac.We did need to turn the electrical socket around 180 degrees when installing for the over the range microwave, because the socket itself didn't have enough space below to fit this surge protector (outlet is in the cabinet above and was fairly close to the shelf). It was an atypical situation, but you do need about 1-3/4" clearance below the socket itself (not the plate, just the socket you plug into). With the main power off, we rotated the outlet receptacle, turned the main power back on and plugged in the surge protector upside down.My parent's do have whole house surge protection, but this gives added security, especially for expensive appliances that have time consuming installations! 5Great product! Exactly what I was looking for! Purchased this as an alternative to our basic surge protector that sat on the floor that received all the cables to my 2 desktop computers. I work from home and do a lot of work in creative softwares - My dog likes to hang around under my table and I always worries that one day he would hit the switch on the surge protector and I would lose all the work I had done. This product gives serious ease of mind. I no longer have to worry about that and my dog can comfortably sit under my desk. I love the swivel feature it s very convenient and allows this to fit in tighter or unique spaces. We don t have any need for more now but when we move into a larger house I plan to purchase more of this or similar products. I definitely see the value in the design compared to standard surge protectors. 5I have another unit like this from another manufacturer and they supply a long ... I was going to give this 3 stars as it does its job but this dang thing wobbles too much when plugging devices in. I have another unit like this from another manufacturer and they supply a long screw to replace the faceplate screw that keeps it firm and steady. 2NOT A REAL SURGE PROTECTOR. Absolute piece of garbage. I ve bought a ton of stuff on Amazon and reviewed little but this got me to write about it as after a recent power surge it left me with a brick of a breadmaker. 1Small and works great We needed a wireless surge protector to use with a garage door opener motor that is hanging down from the ceiling. This worked great for us. Love the green light that tells you the plug is protected. It is very low profile and have a "snug" fit. So you will have to push it into the plug using some muscle. I have included our garage door opener plug and the surge protector in the plug in the photos. You can see the green light that tells you it is protected. 5Great Protection for a Good Price We recently experienced alternating power surges and sags due to a failed utility line to our home. We lost several appliances and other items due to the voltage issues. Thankfully, the utility covered most of our $4000 loss since it was their equipment that caused the issue. However, our computer and HDTV equipment was protected by surge suppressors which "gave up their lives" to the surges, but protected the electronic items as you would hope! I bought several replacement protectors including these CyberPower units which are performing silently in the background until they're needed again (never I hope). If your equipment is not protected, BEWARE! 5Did NOT protect my $2,000 projector! A tree near my house was struck by lighting recently and several of my electronics were fried in the process. I was hoping my $2,000 home theater projector would have been saved by the CyberPower surge protector, but unfortunately, the surge protector didn't help one bit. The cost to repair the projector is almost as much as what I paid originally, so I guess I'm out of luck. My last ditch effort will be to see if they will actually honor their $25k connected equipment guarantee. Still waiting to hear back. Until then, buyer beware. This device does not protect against lightning strikes. 1Moment of truth: No response from Cyberpower service department I had moment of truth with the cyber power surge protector. I used this power surge with a washing machine. It did not protect it at all. The electronic board and the control buttons were damaged after changes in voltage. Following Cyberpower s website instructions I sent an email to claims@cpsww.com a few weeks ago. So far no answer. My perception of this brand has changed. I do not recommend it. 1
