Great System Works great and easy to set up for about 1.5 months now. There 3-4 volume setting and a bunch of ringtone. You can listen to them on their website, but for me, I just use the standard doorchime.I set up each door presser to have a different tone. One is for the front door and the other one is for and elderly usage during emergency. As to how to sync and set the tone, check out that one video on YouTube. It is pretty straight forward.I wish there is an even louder volume. Not saying that volume 4 is not loud already since it still does give me the jump at times when the door bell is pressed. But for my own practical usage, it would be nicer. Also, another reason for purchasing this system is that it look nice and can always buy replaceable/additional chimer or door presser if it malfunction. After prolong research, a lot of the system is a one time usage where if one die, there no replaceable part to buy and you have to purchase the whole system again.Pricewise, it not that cheap, but if I consider it in long term, then it would be well worth it. 5Great solution to several problems I've had with getting door bells put up. Finally I have doorbells front and back !!!!!!! And I put them up myself. The man bought a wireless doorbell years ago and then lost it before he ever got it installed. These were easy, their system has kept them in place all year and you get a selection of sounds so it is easy to tell which door someone is at. It's also very helpful to be able to easily install the button anywhere on the porch as the wireless communication leaves plenty of room to work with. Now I can put the button where they can reach it without opening the gate at the rear entry. Delivery people avoid becoming food for the dogs. 5Great Doorbell I replaced a 40+ year-old wired doorbell with the Crosspoint system. Installation was simple and quick. Before installing buttons and placing the receivers, I paired the devices. Each button is connected to both receivers with a different doorbell sound for front and back doors. Pairing the devices and selecting doorbell sound is easier if done before installing the transmitter buttons. One transmitter went by the front door and the other by the back door. I removed the old wired doorbells, disconnected the old wires and pushed them out of the way. The new transmitter button fit the old screw holes so installation was a breeze.I placed one receiver upstairs near middle of our house and the other downstairs. These receivers are not battery powered and must be plugged into an outlet. I could probably put them anywhere in the house and hear them when set to the highest volume. There are four volume settings and the highest is very loud (110db).We like this Crosspoint system. It fits our doorbell need perfectly. 52 are great, 3 are perfect! Bought the 2-pack and realized I'd like one more for the kitchen (one for each level). Those who say just one total is loud enough must not live in gaming and movie household :) Having one unit in the bedroom, one in the kitchen/dining room area, and one in the movie room downstairs (in a spot where the blinking is visible in case it gets really loud) has set my mind at ease, never again having to listen for a phantom ring followed by a rapping on the window.FYI: I set all 3 to the same ring, and they all go off in unison, no noticeable time delay, so the sound is just triple-sourced. I was worried it would have a slight lag making it sound like crazytown when all 3 go off. 5Most amazing door bell system, especially for long distance I ve ever seen! If I could give this 20 stars I would, it has gone beyond my expectations by leaps and bounds! I wanted to have this work in my home as well as my extra large garage I could put 3 class A motor homes in if I chose to! Then the real concerns I had was my metal building that s a good 100 ft. Behind my house and another 50-60 ft over to the side away from my home. Then to top it off my only plug in I have in that building is way at the back that makes it another 30 ft. Away from my home bell buttons. So I really did not expect this to work at all or if it did it would only work from the closest door bell buttons to this receiver! But to my surprise and great delight this receiver worked as well as the ones in my house thru a metal building a good 150-160 ft away if not more! I have 3 entry doors on my house, a front door, a side door and a back door I set up the receivers up with a different ring for each door and paired my door bell buttons. ( TIP: make sure you plug in all your receivers where you want them to be and then take each door bell around to each receiver and pick the tune you want to one door bell at a time then pair it to that receiver and then take the same door bell to the next receiver and pick the tune for that one and pair it as well and repeated with all your receivers before installing your door bell by your entry door. Do the same process with each door bell button before installing it on a entryway. Otherwise you ll end up like me and getting a extension cord to plug in each receiver by where you installed your door bells and having to pick your tunes and pairing it side by side and then taking your receiver to the plug in in your house or whatever your wanting it to be to plug it in. If you don t understand my tip here, you will if you go about this process the wrong way as I first did! Just remember don t install the door bell buttons till you have each one set up to each receiver like you want it for each and every receiver you want to work when you push that button! Then install them last! Regardless to my dumb mistake, this door bell set up is absolutely amazing! As long as it keeps working for years to come this gets a 100 plus stars from me! In fact I plan to buy another door bell and receiver to put on my Well house too now. It was so far away I didn t think it would work that far away. But now seeing how well these other one I bought have paired and worked from a long distance that I m sure my Well house will work too! Just can t stress enough how great this system works, I m not impressed like this very often but these are simply amazing! 5In the past I've found the range on wireless devices have been questionable but I am really pleased with this unit I installed this doorbell since the "wired" one stopped working. In the past I've found the range on wireless devices have been questionable but I am really pleased with this unit. The location is roughly 70 by 30 feet, sided in aluminum and brick. I placed a receiver about 10 feet from each end of the house on a middle wall. One sender was on the extreme end of the house and the other on the aluminum screen door about 35 feet (in the middle of the house.) I didn't want to drill holes in the brick face. Both senders were linked to each of the receivers and communicate perfectly through brick and aluminum. Both senders are in a semi sheltered location but this set is water resistant. I'm very happy with the quality and operation of the units. It was easy to link up the units following the instructions. As far as the tunes... There are a couple traditional chimes as well as "songs". I didn't go through all of them. The sound is loud but can be adjusted to various levels. Sure it isn't stereo quality but then it's a doorbell. Once again very pleased.Hopefully it lasts through the winter. 5Great as original equipment or as a replacement for a wired unit.... I installed one transmitter button at front entry doors and one between our garage doors. I used the included adhesive for the front (almost no direct sunlight) and the (also included) screws for the garage which receives direct sunlight in the afternoon. I programmed the front to play 'Rudolph, The Red-nosed Reindeer' and the garage to play 'Jingle Bells'. Thanks to the great directions, programming is a "breeze" - simple and easy - the way I like it. I plugged both receivers into separate outlets in the hallway close to the middle of the house and they are easily heard throughout. I was a little skeptical about the volume of a wireless doorbell versus a wired one; but I shouldn't have been - it's more than adequate. I purchased the SadoTech Crosspoint Expandable Door Bell pair to replace a wired unit that I had already replaced once. I'm very happy with my decision, and the product. And, I'm recommending it to anyone wishing to do the same thing or to just purchase it for an original installment. 5Awesome Mom pager! I got this for my 5 year old to be able to "call" me at night if she needs me. We had just moved and her bedroom is now at the other end of the hall from ours, and my husband has a white noise machine up pretty loud. I couldn't hear her when she'd wake up crying from a bad dream, or not feeling well, which upset her (and me!) even more. No parent wants to be unreachable when their young children need them! After we got over the first couple nights of it being new and her pushing it randomly for "just one more hug", its been great! It has a ton of different songs and tones you can choose, which is why I chose this option. You can also set the volume for each receiver and a different song/tone for each button. I didn't want to wake up at 3am to an annoying alarm beep, which is the only noise available on all of the care giver alert call buttons. We stuck a button in her bathroom and one on her headboard, and plugged a receiver in next to our bed and one downstairs. Now I don't have to worry about not being able to hear her, and if she does need me, I wake up to a nice low volume Mozart tune. Set up was pretty easy and its been working perfectly for over a month now. I'd recommend going this route if you need a call button, a cool door bell, or both! 5I am so happy to have this doorbell I am so happy to have this doorbell!!! I have been trying to find one since my Radio Shack wireless doorbell stopped working after 7 years. I searched Amazon a couple of months ago looking for a wireless doorbell but all I found had video. I noticed this Crosspoint in an add (which I never look at), and am I glad I read the advertisement! I love this doorbell! We have a brick house and a doorbell was never wired into it, plus, everyone uses our backdoor. When I am in the bedroom or laundry room I cannot hear when someone knocks on the backdoor, so, I miss deliveries, the pest control guy and visitors. It was really getting frustrating. We installed this Crosspoint, putting one receiver in the kitchen/den area and one in the bedroom and they both work great! I haven't missed anyone since we installed it. After reading the instructions, it was simple to set each receiver to a different ringtone and install the buttons, using the included adhesive. I love this doorbell system!! 5Hopeful Just set these up and seem to work well. Interestingly, if you register on line, you get one free accessory while supplies last. I registered and the only product I was eligible for was double sided tape. I was then told my Amazon purchase didn t make me eligible! I was offered a 10% coupon if I purchased from Sadotech directly. I am to have a 2 year warranty...hope I don t need it! 3
