    Best product everOK so maybe the headline is an exaggeration. The polio vaccine would probably have to be rated higher, but this is right up there. Inexpensive and easy way to dress up the garage doors. These days the garage doors on most suburban homes are the most prominent feature at the front of a home, so it makes sense to make them look a little nicer, with a bit more character. These magnetized pieces are lightweight but sturdy, and the vinyl make up means they'll never rust. And they could not be easier to install. Bottom line, if you've got a garage, get these.5Easy Peasy! I absolutely LOVE the way my garage door hardware looks on my house. I live in a small neighborhood of about 50-75 "cookie cutter homes". None of them have hardware... but I do!!!!!!! I cleaned the spaces where I would place the hardware with soap/water followed by alcohol. I let dry and slapped them bad boys on there. They move easily for repositioning. Took me all of 2 minutes. Maybe 1! The test will be wind. Love! Love! Love!! 5Dimensions listed are wrong but nice product if they were the right lengthDimensions stated for product are wrong. Need to update to reflect accurately. I do wish they were the length stated. It shows they are 25 inches in length when they are actually 16 inches. These do look good on our garage door and we'll see if they stand the test of time. If I could get a longer length I would give it more stars. For my garage door they look too small.3Couldn't be easier and faster!!Soooo, I came across these by accident while browsing Amazon last week and immediately just had to have them. I went back and forth between the magnetic version and ones that are drilled into the garage door. I was worried that the plastic magnetic version would look cheap and plastic. After reading numerous reviews for both the magnetic and drill versions, I decided to give the magnetic ones a try! I'm so glad that I did! I got them today and immediately put them on my garage door. Literally took me 30-60 seconds to put them on. No holes or rust to worry about and can move around if/when needed. The only thing to be aware of is, they ARE plastic and therefore feel like you'd think they'd feel like. However, when they are on the door, you certainly can't tell that they aren't rea metal and you certainly can't beat the quick "installment". But like many other purchasers I found that these would not stay adhered to my garage doors. They'd be fine for a day or two and then something would knock at least one out of kilter for no apparent reason. They also took WAY less than "9 lbs of force" to move or remove by hand. A good idea, but a bad implementation. And then I missed the return window. $40 out the window. So sad.1Looks great!It took longer to get them out of the clam-shell packaging than it did to install them!They look great!I went for the more expensive ones (yes, there were some at half the price) because they looked like they were made of thicker plastic. I am very pleased with the quality of what I received. One thing I did notice about these compared to the cheaper ones is there are rubber discs covering the magnets. This actually keeps them in place better than what I would figure the bare magnets would.5Looks great! I put these on my two-car garage doors and they're awesome. They instantly dress up your doors. I've had them about a year and they've held up in all kinds of weather, including gale-force winds, which I originally feared would blow them off. I have 2 garage doors, and they were both painted and made the front of the house look dull. But this magnetic accessory looks exactly like hardware and really dresses up the front of the door!! I'm so happy now when I pull up to the house and see this little bit of gingerbread that ads tons of curb appeal!One word of caution. The seal that goes around the door was a little bit too wide so when ever the door when up, the top two hinges slipped out of place from rubbing against the seal. Then when the door went down, I'd have to go outside to reposition the top hinges. But, we just moved them down to a lower position, and then moved the bottom ones up so now it looks semitrical again! ***and they hold very well, no change of them shifting in wind or just by the movement of the door. Mine only moved because of them bumping on that rubber sweeper seal around the door.5These are wonderful!!!We've only had them up a week and have received compliments from neighbors thinking we bought a whole new garage door with hinges. They look completely authentic from the street, from the walkway, even standing in front of them. We've had no problems at all the the strength of the magnet... It seems to be strong. We really wanted the carriage style door but it was almost $800 more than the standard door, which is just crazy! My husband actually thought I screwed them into the door. I was told about these by a garage door business. They sell at a big name hardware store for about the same price. When I opened the Amazon box I was not impressed as they are a hard lightweight plastic. My husband has walked by & accidentally bumped a handle and it slid a bit but we don't hang around right in front of the door very often & when we do we are aware. I suppose if you have children playing in the area it could be an issue but they go right back into place almost as easily as a fridge magnet. Not a big deal in my opinion.
