Built for stout! I am crazy about my hooks. I live across the street from the ocean so the theme is perfect. I use them slightly differently from other folks and I get giggles when someone walks into my bathroom but... I purchased two and I have my clip-on pony tails (I have 8) hooked onto them. They are sturdy/heavy and look great. 5Very well made Very well made. Install is hard if you do not have q drill. Have to pre drill whole to put drywall anchor in. Not something light enough to just screw in. 4Was bowed such that it could not be mounted on ... Was bowed such that it could not be mounted on the wall. Holding one end flat against the wall, the other side would have been 1/2" away from the wall. Tried to straighten using a vice and it snapped in two. 1These are excellent! Excellent item and great price. The (2) black & gold units we got were perfectly flat, easy to mount (in our granddaughter's playhouse) heavy duty and very cool looking. (Perfect with her mermaid decor.) 5Very heavy and bigger than expected If you want a heavy duty row of hooks, this is for you. I would be extra cautious when mounting it in drywall as it is super heavy. I was shocked by how heavy it was. I ended up returning it as it is quite rusted looking and the person I bought it for was not pleased with its weight or looks. If you like a nautical/rustic motif, you might like it. It just wasn't for us. It comes with drywall anchors, however, I would probably pick up some super heavy duty ones. Especially if you are actually going to hang something on it. 4Heavy well made Very heavy and nice. Bought for bathroom for people to hang shaving bags and towels. Sturdy. Be careful if hanging on doors as anchors and screws quite long. May need others 4Nice product, but has a few sharp edges Because it is cast iron, we found that the hooks themselves had some, small jagged points that snag the items you hang on it. Took out a metal file and removed those and now it's fine. But not before it created some problems for the sweaters and jackets I originally hung on it. 3Broken Arrived broken. The hooks seem to be attached to the bar with something very weak. It didn't look quite like glue, more like cement. But I am not sure. Anyway, I thought the product itself was cheap looking and frankly a little ugly for my taste. Returned it.... 1Truly a surprise So I ordered this product having expectations but nothing extravagant. When I receive this item I was surprised Not only was it better than the picture but it was heavy. The quality of this item was definitely a bargain with the price that I paid. I definitely know that this is one of the D core items that will probably last forever. The perfect and last Edition for my bathroom. 5Buy it now Love it! It s sturdy, durable, and beautiful. I have my backpack, and 2-3 purses on it at all times and it s just chilling...To pay <$20 for this is just unbeatable. 5
