Great! 12/06/16Fast shipping, great size, good quality thick material. I do visual for a big dept. store and needed something to carry nails, measuring tape, hammer etc.....beats going up and down a ladder 100 x's. .this is a perfect size. Would buy again. 4Perfect for the littlest 'Bob the Builder' construction workers! We purchased this tool belt as a Christmas gift for our construction-loving three-year old son. He loves it. Initially, I was hesitant to buy it, because reviews were a bit conflicted on whether it could be adjusted small enough for a child. Let me say that yes, it definitely can! We actually had it too tight, at first. The heavy webbing can slide/adjust as far down as you need. There was a lot of extra strap material, so I cut off a chunk using sharp scissors. Then, I quickly passed a lighter over the cut end a few times (while held over the sink), which melted the end and keeps it from fraying. 5Light duty tool belt - perfect for the gardener/farmer If you are looking for a light duty tool belt to carry gardening/farming tools in the fields, this is a really good value from CLC. It is light weight, made from light weight leather with and adjustable fabric belt. It will easily carry pruners, folding saw, hand weeder, hand cultivator, wire cutters and knife along with pruning tape, twine and gloves. Great for vegetable garden and raised bed work - you carry everything on the belt and pouch and it is aways there. No more trips back to barn or shed for the tool you need.I have other CLC tool belts and bags and these are of higher quality and made from heavier duty materials - also at higher price points. This tool belt is NOT one of these, but for $14 it is a good value for the gardener/farmer to carry hand tools into the field. Highly recommend. 4Exactly What a DIYer Needs If you like to fix or tinker with things around your house this may save you much hassle and frustration. It certainly made changing 10 of my light switches an easier job by not continuously having to move all the tools from room to room. It's roomy enough to fit most tools, has a few pockets and a loop. The loop btw doesn't HAVE to hold a hammer; I've used it to also hold a large pair of sheet metal scissors. The bigger pocket it big enough to hold my cordless drill/driver. The belt it comes with is very stiff and it's not easy to adjust on the fly so make sure to adjust the belt BEFORE you place any tools in the bag. Overall, a great purchase I have used several times already in the few weeks I've had it. Unless you are doing really heavy duty work or do professional contracting, this should do the job very well. 5Don't know how I lived without this! This has turned into one of the most utilized items I have, perfect for what I need at work operating a bridge saw in the granite/marble trade, great for working out in the woods & awesome to have while I'm working on my house or fixing things in general. Best part? No reaching my nasty hands into my pockets. It's a solid purchase made of high quality materials - very impressed with its overall construction.I will say though, if you're looking for something that you can put a ton of tools in, this isn't what you're looking for. It has rather minimal space, but the picture is a perfect representation so you shouldn't be surprised if you buy this. 5Excellent value. Very happy with this. I'm sure this isn't the world's best tool belt, but it also costs less than $15! I bought one for myself and liked it so much I bought one for members of our volunteer crew who build wheelchair ramps. I just reordered more. Everyone really likes them. The belt is very sturdy and adjustable, and the pouch is versatile and useful with the three pockets and holders for pencils or whatever. If you want more space, you can buy another pouch without the belt and simply add it on to this on the other side. I don't see how anyone can go wrong, whether this is your first tool belt or you're giving it as a gift. If you're a professional trades person, I suppose you'll want to spend more on something fancier with more pockets and such, but for a weekend warrior who doesn't want to spend a lot but still get a very useful belt, this is awesome. If I didn't think so, I wouldn't have bought 10 of them so far! 5Thick leather, perfect compact storage This tool belt is exactly as pictured. The leather is very thick and the belt is adjustable with a quick buckle on it. I m new to home renovation, but this thing saves me many trips back and forth to the tool box. I wish there would have been a more clever way to carry screwdrivers, mine seem to just flop around in there without any guarantee of staying put. But, there are a few little pencil holder style loops of leather that could be used if you only have two or three screwdrivers to carry. Get this if you re looking for a lighter weight, compact belt. It s a great deal! 5Worth it, but mind the belt Pro: Worth what it costs. Nice leather with several pockets and a couple of hanger loops.Con: The nylon belt is very stiff with sharp edges on the inside. If you intend to use the belt, make sure it is worn over thick clothing. I gave up on the included belt in favor of a softer cotton belt I had in the closet.Edit to add: The belt is better now that I've flipped it 180 so that the sharp edges of the belt face the outside. This involves removing the size adjuster and one side of the buckle, flipping the belt so that the sharp edge that's attached to one side of the buckle faces out, and then reassembling so that the loose end of the belt also faces out. 4Economical carrier for our fossil hunting tools! I was looking for inexpensive tool belts that could easily be used by me and my son to carry rock hammers, chisels, gloves, loupes, goggles and other fossil-hunting related tools. This fits the bill, the extra pockets give us storage for small baggies, tin foil & paper towel squares (for packing our finds), and the adjustable belt (29 to 46 inches) works for both my 9 year old and me. One thing that would have been nice is to have a few pockets with zipper or flap closures. However, this is still a great value, especially since I didn't want to spend a lot on a beginning hobby! 4Almost perfect; great value for DIY I got this to replace a nearly identical one I'd had for 30 years, lost in a fire. I use the leather loops for hammer and combination square.The only thing missing is a metal tape measure clip, which my old one had on the outside pocket. The leather loop shown holding a tape measure in the pictures (which I use for combination square) is useless for a tape measure, because it's hard to get the floppy leather loop to slide under the clip on a typical tape measure (e.g., Stanley.) A tape measure goes on and off the belt so many times it has to be quick.Otherwise, it's perfect for someone like me, doing occasional DIY projects like making some shelves for the garage, a little home wiring, etc. Too small for a pro. Seems well-constructed, and I hope to get 30 years out of this one like I did the last one. 5
