Customer Reviews

Incredibly solid under desk headphone hanger Excellent product that exceeded my expectations and helps to remove clutter from the desk! The metal construction and room for two pairs of headphones is fantastic.Installation also couldn't be any easier. Find an appropriate smooth surface (preferably one that faces down), ensure it's relatively clean, remove the 3M protective layer, and press the Brainwavz Truss in place with a bit of pressure. Done.Satisfied customer. 5Works as advertised, but not perfect. Excellent way to hold two cans. I was initially worried about it falling off my plastic desk but the 3M provided with it is the good stuff and it holds up my K7XX and TH-x00 Perfectly fine. You can shake the table by moving the mount it is so solid. Things I would like improved would be a more curved surface for the cans to help with wear on the headbands and a taller end hook cause if knocked (depends on mount placement) the cans can be pushed off. Either way it is solidly built and does its purpose of letting me run my wires underneath my desk and keep it clear.Would Buy Again.EDIT: Fell off today (2/2/17) but I expected this as my plastic desk could not apply the whole 3M pad fully so Just drilled some holes and mounted it with bolts and it's fine. Would buy again still. 4Very solid construction, can hang both headphones and earbuds When looking for headphone hangers, my first impression of this product was that it was a little pricey. 16 dollars for a hanger?! I decided to purchase 2 anyways because it was listed as an "amazons choice" which generally speaking is a pretty safe choice, and because my headphones and earbuds in my house were causing a mess. When the received the product I was immediately impressed by the solid construction. It is made of metal and feels nice, not cheap. I have 2 headphones and 3 earbuds and this product nicely organized them in my house. In my opinion, the earbud specific hanger made by brainwavz is not as good a deal. This product can hang both headphones and multiple earbuds on the same hanger. 5Neat Earphone Management - One of its Kind ! I got these from brainwavz india on amazon and I suggest you use authorized distributors to get the best deal and also the after sales service, it costs 1000 INR and 14.99 USD for the rest of the world but there are a lot of deals that keep running check the links to get the best one available, these are available in one color black, the packaging is minimal which I love anytime inside you get the all-Aluminum die cast Krudol DUO. The krudol Duo is also like the Hengja and Truss that I reviewed earlier is complete metal build with powder coated black matt finish and white brainwavz logos, now these are for managing your earphones and there are two of these one for vertical storage ideally near a charging point so it s easy for you to just hook it on and see the charge for Bluetooth earphones like the blu100 and the blu200 that I reviewed earlier and one for Monitor storage. Like you see here you can stick this behind the monitor or TV s and store your earphones neatly tucked away. On both the units the storage is very neat and it won t just fall back. At the back, here, there is also some gap where you can loop your cables neatly. There is a strong 3M VHB Adhesive which is provided on the side for sticking this to walls and monitors. There is not much of a drawback to talk on these other than the one time install as you can t shift this once installed easily. Although you can remove and re apply a new 3M VHB and use this elsewhere, I would recommend this to anyone looking at a storage solution for your earphones as its premium quality and stays in a tight budget too.Check the full VIDEO REVIEW Here - (change (dot) to . ) - youtu(dot)be/xIdc20YQfEY 4Wanting better compatibility for $13 For $13 I was expecting a lot. I got 4 headphone hangers for not that much more than this single earbud holder. I was pleasantly surprised that it is made of aluminum, I was expecting plastic. However, the holder is not very effective at holding all types of earbuds. It seems only a select few are able to fit well and my earbuds are not among those. Also would have been nice to have some extra room in the holder for the 3.5mm jack at the end so I don t have to lay it on the floor and risk my cable being broken, or worse, my earbuds being broken. Would have liked to see better universal compatibility. 3It looks awesome, and the 3M pads hold up the headphones ... It looks awesome, and the 3M pads hold up the headphones well. I don't have particularly heavy headphones like Audeze, but I'm sure you can find the maximum load on the tape (3M publishes these things). To make sure you adhere it correctly, wipe down and dry the underside of your table or mounting surface. I have unfinished plywood for reference. The headphone stand is bigger than expected, so if you have small headphones, it might look like overkill. For larger headphones (usually open-backs from the likes of AKG, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, etc.) the extra space is useful. I also have the single headphone / clamp version of from Brainwavz, and it works tremendously. I highly recommend Brainwavz! 5Some Upgrades can Make a World of Difference Great Upgrade for My Audio Rack. My headphone and accompanying cables have been a tangled mess for years. The Brainwavz Truss worked surprisingly well, especially considering one of the headphones is an old Pioneer model made from solid machined aluminum block. The adhesive worked perfectly well, no issues. Now, everything hands off my rack shelf, nearly out of sight, but not out of easy reach. This holder is very well made of high grade aluminum. Some small upgrades can make a world of difference; the Brainwavz Truss is on of those simple and useful upgrades.NOTE: When I looked at the picture, I thought the holders were adjustable given the two set screws on each hanger. But, they are not adjustable and are the actual mounting screws for the platform. Also, if you have headphones with double headbands be sure they will fit in the space; my Pioneers have a dual band and they just barely fit. 5It does it's job and looks good doing it. Also holds heavier/larger headphones. Buy this one. First off, I'm writing this review literally because I swinging back through to buy another one.I store studio headphones and a pair of Astro A40s (kinda heavy) on this sucker but I need another hook for my bluetooth headphones. This thing feels legit solid. I wouldn't (and haven't done so) yank on it but I hope that should be obvious.Anyway, I'm not going to give you one of those long-winded reviews. There are tons of headphone hooks out there and there are probably quite a few that are cheaper. But the fact that I came back to this page to buy another one should be enough haha.Anyway, buy this. Off to the checkout. 5A nice way to save desk space It's a pretty simple product, just slap it on under your desk or other flat surface of choice, and you're good to go. Mine is sitting underneath my desk holding my two headsets, and it works just like advertised. I previously had my headphones sitting with the ear pads on the top and bottom of the desk, which worked fine but took up too much space. Since changing to this, I've been able to use that space on my desk better, plus it hangs right next to my USB splitter so I can easily charge my bluetooth headphones. Definitely a solid recommendation for people like me with multiple large headsets (I do music production, SFX, and game streaming so I have more than a few headphones/headsets) 5Never knew I needed an under-the-desk solution like this. I didn't even know things like this existed until I was shopping for a cheap headphone hanger to clean up the clutter that is my desk. As somebody with a glass desk and a lot of space to place things like this underneath it, I absolutely had to try it out. Turns out it works perfectly and I love it.Appearance-wise, it's smaller than I'd expect for something like this. Not entirely an issue as it holds 2 headphones perfectly fine and that's all I was asking for, but it's surprising nonetheless. Secondly, the build quality: you get what you pay for. BUT, unlike every other time that's said, I'm actually partly complimenting this little thing in saying that. $15 is a fair bit of money just to place your headphones on it, but this thing is sturdy and it's very easy on the eyes, so I don't feel silly at all for spending what I did on it. One of my finer purchases as far as little luxuries go and I'm very happy with it. Likely going to buy another in the future if I ever buy more headphones. So with that wrapped up, all I have left are two pictures. One upside-down picture because my C920 webcam is cool like that and can be a hanging bat for the sake of a picture. Plus I really needed my hands free to whip out a light, because there certainly wasn't a lot under my desk. The second is a normal picture where I struggled to hold my webcam and my phone in one hand, but I managed. All in all, really happy with this. Adhesive is clearly strong enough to keep it held up, and it's a great way to keep my headphones free of dust when I'm not using them. Ya did good, Brainwavz. 5
