    1985 Monte Carlo SSHad to use a spacer to drop it down some to keep the mid/tweeter assembly from hitting the metal speaker piece that runs from front to back in my 1985 Monte Carlo SS. Otherwise than that they are great and were easy to install.5Small package but big sound. Very impressed Small speakers but pretty big sound. Made a nice little ammo can boombox. 5Buy the cheapest thing on Amazon instead Preface: I bought the 3-way varient. Easy to install, exact replacement, however after less than a month of use, have blown worse than original speakers. I do listen to music at a relatively loud volume, however given the name of the company, advertisements, suggestions to buy an amp (on Amazon's side), and price hike over 2-way varient, I wish I had just bought the cheapest speaker possible as this can't be much better. 2then these are fine for thatIf you`re looking for speakers just to replace your old, messed up, torn factory speakers, then these are fine for that.If you`re looking for speakers that will sound really loud and clean, then keep searching, bc these can`t fill your expectations of perfect sound.3Nice speakers for the price. They sound pretty good for cheapos. They look nice too. Wish finding boxes for them could've happened, but that's a negatory. Cost me more time with having to make them. 4good sound, cheap quality controli cant really complain too much being that these are boss speakers, but it kinda bothers me that one of the speakers has taut wires running from the woofer cone to the mid and tweeter. it doesnt seem to affect the sound quality, just kinda sits wrong with my ocd. but beyond my nit picking great speakers. good sound for cheap, and it came with a cutout template so you know what size hole to cut if you have to. i liked that. will probably end up buying more in the future if my truck proves to be worth expansion and not just upgrade4Good Cheap ReplacementsThese sound better than I expected for the price. I did not expect audiophile type quality and these don't have that. These are perfect for someone who wants to regain "like factory" performance by cheaply replacing worn out/blown speakers. I would say they are even a notch above stock/oem in most circumstances.4Good cheap replacement for older GM suburbansNeeded new rear speakers for Suburban after the OEM started rattling. These don't sound that great, but the whole sound system in the vehicle is original. These work, have decent bass, and don't have any odd sounds.4Sound Great in 1994 Chevy SurburbanThe speakers fit perfectly in my 94 Suburban. I did not use the grills it came with as they did not fit well over the stock covers. The screws it came with fit well and easier to install so I discarded the socket stock screws. The speakers sound well for my intended use which is to replace the junk stock speakers that blew. I have an amp and two 12" kickers so I'm just using these for Mids/vocals. I actually turn my subs off to hear the Boss 4x10's without my subs and front speakers on. They sounded clear but not are crisped as my front pioneer 4x6 and tweeters. However, they help add balance to provide a surround sound effect to my truck and will provide a better sound for back seat riders rather than hearing the subs just blasting lol. I'm not pushing much bass from my pioneer 50x4 watts head unit so hopefully, the Boss 4x10's last long. On the downside, I expected better tweeter highs since they are 3-way but overall I would recommend for the price.5May have to alter to attach, over all good sound for upgrade.Had to make a few adjustments to attach in vehicle (09 Chrysler 300). Installed in dash hooked up to 200 watt SSL amplifier. Had issue with humming added ground loop and working great.4They sound good. Are a real good match for the $20 ...Direct bolt in for stock GM speakers. Mount tabs line up with factory attached wires using Metra adapters took all of 10 minutes to swap them. They sound good. Are a real good match for the $20 Boss stereo I put in my old mostly off road Suburban. They even look good behind the factory speaker grills.5Boss 4 inch full range for 1999 Porsche 911Been around car audio since I was a teenager (late 1980's)....and remember the Boss brand was on the lower end of quality. Come 2018 and all I can say is they've come along way!!! (normally a Rockford Fosgate and Alpine guy)I purchased 2 sets of 4 inch full range speakers to replace the dash and rear speakers of my Porsche 911 and WOW they sound incredible!!I also purchased some 5 1/4 door speakers for the 911 and love those too!! Car sounds amazing now!!Definitely recommend the seller! Prompt and fast shipping!!5Good speaker for the price.The 4" are a drop in replacement for the speakers I replaced in my Honda Silverwing fairing. They aren't water resistant but I don't plan on getting them wet and if I do they are cheap enough to replace. Covers look nice. Comes with wires, screws and mounting "clips". For my application they sound as good but don't expect any booming bass.5
