    Exactly as expected, in great shape! This was the black plastic cover for the Galaxy Note 5 camera and the glass cover. There are two pieces in the package (no instructions). YouTube has plenty of instructional videos if you need them. If you only need the glass part and not the plastic cover, be aware that all of the adhesive is on both sides of the plastic camera cover and not on the glass piece. If you need to replace the plastic camera cover (which is the black colored raised part), be aware that you will have to remove the back glass on the phone. I only needed to replace the glass, so I just used super glue to get it to stay down. This came quickly and is what I expected. Thank you to the seller. 5It works great. Read this, then buy one It works a treat. ( Photos attached to this review were taken after installation of this lens cover. )I read thru the reviews before purchasing, most liked it, tho some did not.. I hope this one will help make your decision easier. :)Key points to note: (read all the below before you pop it out of the bubblewrap)#1>See photograph of tools I used during the process(photograph of pens is to demonstrate quality of shots after installation)#2>when cleaning the broken glass out of your phone, make gravity your friend and hold phone so that the camera is facing DOWN. While this may make the process a bit more arduous, it insures the nasty glass shards fall out, not in to your phone/camera assembly..!!Oh yes, it's a great idea to do this right after you'very discovered your camera lense has been broken. The longer the delay, the higher the odds some nasty little bit will wedge itself into the stabilizer assembly,and then you are really up the creek!#2.5>Should you feel the need to blow air at the camera, DO close your eyes before doing so!(yes,you, the one with four pairs of safety glasses, but too lazy to go out a set on.."cause it's only a little fixer upper"Given the size of the shards, close your eyes even with the safety glasses on. Your eyes are harder to fix then this camera lens!#3> take a pen knife or some such razor blade item,and peel up the black rubber coating that lays under the glass lens#4> Confirm your camera stabilizer still works #5>The blue "sticker" on the glass only covers the glue area,so there is a good possibility of you planting a fingerprint right in the center of the glass! Soo,wear really tight fitting latex gloves,or be ready w a microfiber cloth (the kind for cameras, NOT house cleaning)#6>Should you require the micro fiber cloth, get it nice and snug around your preferred cleaning finger, so that you can try and keep it from catching the glue area while you wipe away the offending smear/print.#7>peel that blue plastic bit off,if you haven't already, while keeping your greasy mitts away from the glass center#8>Carefully "drop" the lens into the camera area.(you know, that area you now have nice an clear of the old one)#9>Position,( if needed) using your fingerNAIL tips, lightly,easy does it,you have not pressed it down, so take your time!#10>Once it's in position correctly,take your micro fiber cloth and gently make little circles over the lens,using just a hint of pressure, this cleans and pushes your lense into place at the same time. Do this until YOU ate comfortable that the adhesive has stuck the glass to your phone.#11> Go take a selfy w your cat.#12> Delete that selfy..the Internet has enough already. 5Glass was a perfect fit for my Samsung Note 920V Glass was a perfect fit for my Samsung Note 920V.Had no issues replacing the cracked lense and didn't have to open the phone to replace. This item was the glass lens cover only for the rear camera, it does not include the housing it sits in. Glass was in good condition with a plastic cover that was over the one side with the glue. I cannot say how long the glue will hold as it's only been on my phone for a couple of days with no issues of it popping off. 5Much better than scotch tape! I am so glad this is fixed and that it fits my Note 5.I don't grasp how some people install this in 1 minute, though. Removing the broken glass was more difficult than I thought.Power down the phone.I highly recommend using a hair dryer to soften the glue prior to removal.After that, I used a mini pick to remove the glass and the residue being careful not to lose shards in the mechanism.Finally, pop in the glass.About 10 minutes for me, an apparent tortoise. 5Saved the day I had to send my phone in for an insurance replacement, but T-Mobile wanted to charge me $175 because the back glass and camera lens were broken. Got this and a new back side glass, and had a local repair shop install both. My total investment was under $50, and now I only have a $5 deductible, saved me well over $100. 5Amazon has the best products I didn't have to go buy a new phone! Why did I wait so long..Just got a video and self taught myself on how to replace my cracked camera. Amazon carries the right product . All I had to do was take off the old price with a tweezer and pit this one in its place. It stuck well and now I've got a new camera. No more fuzziness!! Would buy again. So cheap. The lense is nice and fits like a charm. Great replacement part.Had issue with the first lense when I took the safe seal, it took the glue off as well. Installed perfectly and just like the original (but more durable) As far as I know, the one that came with the Note was glass. Now that I have this sapphire I'm more confident that it won't scratch or break.Based off the pictures, I thought it was going to be just the glass. But to my surprise, it came with the frame too. You don't have to put it on, but mine was scratched up so I said why not. Cracked the back glass trying to take it off... But it worked out. Thanks for the listing!(And one more thing: I ordered this early Monday, and it told me it would arrive Wednesday. But instead it arrived Tuesday, so shipping was quick) 5They're easy to use I used this on my note 5 and it worked perfectly. They're easy to use. Just take tweezers and pull out very gently the broken lens. This already has adhesive so after you get the old lens out and any glass that may have broken you just have to put it in place. Only complaint is that it was not perfectly clean so I had to clean it myself before I put it on my phone, otherwise it worked perfectly. 4Yes you can repair your own camera!! This is perfect to repair your smashed camera lens. I watched a video on YouTube which showed me how. This is the second lens I ordered. The first one fell off after about a month but I think that it was my fault. When I installed the first one there were little miniscule pieces of glass everywhere from my removal of the old lens and I just don't think I was working under the tidiest conditions. The lens is basically a little sticker so do ensure that you're working in a dust and debris free area. It's very tiny so I'd probably suggest using tweezers, especially for someone with large or uncoordinated hands. Anyway, great product and so nice to be able to do the repair myself and save tons of time and money! 5
