    This stupid auxiliary cord worked for a total of 2 weeks Junk. This stupid auxiliary cord worked for a total of 2 weeks....and offered mostly static. Unfortunateky, the original packaging got tossed because I had purchased a similar Belkin cord on the past and it worked most of the time. Now I can't return this. Don't waste your money. If it sounds too good to be true (or costs too good to be true)....that's because it is. Total scam. 1Lasted 9 Months Worked fine while it lasted. I like the thin flat cable. It just stopped working for me a few days ago, just under 9 months after purchase. I would lose audio unless I held the cable in a very specific position.I used this exclusively in my car, so heat may have been a factor. The cable sat in my car while it was 110 -114 F outside for over a week. That being said, I've had aux cables last for years in the same climate. Taking away two stars for poor build quality. Worked perfectly fine for 9 months and it was cheap. 3Good, but pricey The good thing about this cable is that it works exactly as its intended. there's nothing particularly special about it, but it works and it seems like an okay quality product (there's a lot of shoddy cables out there).The only downside is that it's rather hefty price for the cable. This 3 foot cable is $8. While it has an aesthetically pleasing look, it simply doesn't feel like an $8 cable. It's almost as if a decent tug would be enough to damage it enough to break.Although it looks pretty, there are more durable (but less aesthetic) cables out there for half the price. 4Not bad for the price but... It gets the job done and looks nice... It does get some static that may come and go but you can only hear it if the music is on low. The issue I had was I got a tiny shock when I plugged in my charger than the music was more scratchy... Not bad for the price tho... If u like to bump no worries... Static increases when you charge your cell tho... 3Very good at first 3 stars because the connection on the cords has become inferior, and there was already some breaking apart of the silver shielding around the male end. I have 2 of these attached to my laptop to speakers. They worked really well until the silver part started coming off, maybe about a year ago or so. I scotch taped it, and just switched the cord around. In the past 2 months the connection between the 2 attached cords has become weakened, and sound is muted or interrupted so I have to try to jiggle the cord or connection. I'm ready to replace them, but am not sure if I'll get the same one. Because, I can expect problems.... Like I said they worked great first 2 years, but now I have to replace. 3Quality sound... While not the cheapest option for an auxiliary cable this one might be one of the best. The flat cable portion makes is easy to manage and avoid knots and kinks. The sound quality coming through my mp3 player to my car's sound system is top notch, which is what matters in the end. The plugs feel like they will be durable too with the nice metal touches. If this cable holds up like this for a year then I'll tack on another star. Until then I can recommend it based on what I've already experienced... 4Works Great Works perfectly. my only complaint is that i wish they had more colors. They used to have a variety of colors (i had a green cord for years which i likes) but I couldn't find anything like that. It's a minor complaint.Otherwise the functionality of the cord is perfect. 59/10 I bought this product about two weeks ago and so far it has been great!! The only problem I've had was that there was a high pitched noise every once in a while if the music is really quiet but the sound is high up. Don't worry, it's not that bothersome, just caught me off guard! Other than that the chord seems very thin, but has held up very nicely and shows no sings of breaking (this has been the case for my past chords)!! Great product, I would buy another, but this one might just last forever! 4The absolute best aux cable for a cheap price The absolute best aux cable for a cheap price. Only downside is that its a bit short, but if only the people in the front seats are playing music in the car, you're fine. I had one that lasted me 3 years with the cold winters and hot summers, and me tugging it by the cable sometimes accidentally. 5Always buy belkin accessories for my iPhone. I always buy Belkin accessories for my iPhone. I wouldn t buy no other brand. I bought a cheap brand once and the tip of the aux cord broke off inside my phone. Remember if the aux cord breaks off in your iPhone it isn t covered. Had to spend hundreds of dollars in insurance replacement. Ever since then I only buy belkin products. 5
