    Worked just fine with my Inkjet! I saw a lot of Q&A sections online where someone said that these labels cannot be used with an inkjet printer. Well, this is the only label I could find to fit my purpose so I decided to order it anyway and give it a shot even though I had an inkjet printer. First of all, on the top of the paper it says "Jam and smudge free paper" which is certainly true!! Straight out of my HP Officejet 4500 Wireless printer, they were completely dry and didn't smudge!The only complaint that I had was that it didn't line up well on the paper. The first 2 rows of labels were perfect but then the labels started veering off to the side so they weren't centered. I was using the 5294 template in Print Shop 23.1... So it was designed specifically for this label. I don't know why the bottom labels weren't centered, but even though they weren't centered perfectly it still wasn't enough that it bothered me. 5I printed 7 pages and several testing pages on regular paper and they're basically useless. There may have been 2-3 labels per page ... Ive used several Avery products im the past and have used thier other label templates before so, I got these to make labels for my daughter's birthday party. These would NOT line up with the template online they had advertised for this product. I spoke with customer service and did some adjustments with settings and browsers and still would not line up. I printed 7 pages and several testing pages on regular paper and they're basically useless. There may have been 2-3 labels per page that was lined up just enough to pass as usable. I didn't know there was a "bad batch" so I must've gotten that. I ended up taking some time and made my own template which defeated the purpose of convenience using thier template. The labels themselves were fine. They stuck on well, a good size and were easy to peel. Just don't use thier template. 2these labels state that they are for laser printers but multiple reviews stated they worked fine with an inkjet printer First, these labels state that they are for laser printers but multiple reviews stated they worked fine with an inkjet printer. I can confirm this. I used a brother MFC-J6710DW inket printer and the labels printed great. The ink dried instantly and there was no smudging.I used these labels as stickers for a Lego League competition. They worked great for that purpose and everyone loved them. I designed the stickers using the Avery website which was easy to use and was surprising powerful for a free online design program. So I was pleased with that.The problem I had was the alignment of the design on the stickers. With them being round it is not forgiving. You will notice if it is off center very quickly. Each sheet has 12 stickers on it. I would either get a perfect sheet or i would get a sheet with about half the stickers good. The rest would be way off center. So it was a very frustrating process. Of the 300 stickers that I made I probably ended up with 250-260 acceptable stickers. I was using the manual feed slot on the printer which seemed to give the best chance of keeping the sheet in the exact same location. When trying it in the auto feed drawer it would jamb so that wasn't a good solution. For the price paid, it was still a great deal and I will buy them again.If you need 300 labels though, buy 2 packs. You aren't going to get 100% perfect labels and will end up with waste. 4Avery.com for the win!! Great labels! Avery.com for the win!! Just enter the product number, insert a design or choose from their free designs. I got my design from Etsy, saved, and inserted it. It took a few tries to get it to align and fill the complete label, but with the tools avery has, it worked out. The great thing about having 300 labels for $7+ bucks is you can test a few. I tested mine in black and white until I was convinced. You can test one label at a time vs the 12 labels (whole sheet). 5"Martha-ing up" my canning jars! These were a perfect fit for the lids of wide-mouthed mason jars; I preferred the 2" diameter labels for the regular-mouth jars, as the edges of the 2 1/2" labels puckered a bit as well as disappeared under the ring so I couldn't print completely to the edge. I used the Design & Print Online service at avery.com to create labels that were attractive enough that someone asked if I had a shop! Since it was my first "graphic design" project, I was pretty stoked! It made my gifts that much more special. (However, I found the "Avery Wizard" software download frustratingly useless.)Print came out very clean and crisp on the label surface; some of the cheaper labels didn't print as clearly or neatly so it was worth spending a little more money on the name-brand product. Thanks to the Avery templates it was easy to get the printing accurately placed on the page. They stuck very well to the metal lids - too well, when I discovered I had put the wrong labels on a few jars! Opacity left a little to be desired. My Sharpie-marker-scribbles on the jar lids were slightly visible through the label, but it's not bad enough to deduct a full star. Even though these labels don't have the pop-up "Easy Peel" feature, they were not difficult to peel off the page once I got the hang of bending the sheet just the right way. Label sheets can sometimes be prone to jamming, sticking, and misaligning (thus printing crookedly) in printers but I did not have any problems with these labels.I would definitely recommend these to home canners who want to prettify their jars for gift giving or just make the pantry look a little nicer. 5Look good, print perfect These work great for labeling my cookies for favors. They always print out perfectly lined up. I wish they were shiny like photo paper but they still get the job done. 5Avery Labels 5294 These are very good quality matte white labels.I use the labels to print out product logos for my packaging and they come out crisp and clear.Avery has the templates online, which you can download as a word document. It is simple and quick if you already have a logo designed, just copy and paste the image to one label, re-size, and copy and paste the image again throughout all the labels on the template.However, you can also design your own labels with Avery's Design and Print online (http://dpo.print.avery.com/dpo7-us/app/US_en/dpo.jsp?sku=5294). I used it to put a border around the label and the software will generate the entire template for you to print out.It is a bit costly for bulk printing if you are printing more than 300 labels. I wish it was available in a bulk pack like the some of the other Avery labels.PROS: Good quality labels. Perfect size for logos and many other applications. Great product support, templates and design software are available online.CONS: A bit costly for bulk printing (around 28 cents per sheet of 12 labels). Might be a little difficult to peel, since there are no easy peel tabs like Avery's address labels. 5Great...if you like awful labels. If you are looking for a quality, easy round label, look elsewhere. I used the Avery software to create my label, but no matter what I do, it does not print correctly.Since I already printed some, I decided to cut them out (since NONE of them are centered on the label and NONE of them are the same direction off their label). Out of 12 labels on a page, I could only salvage 7 because the rest were printed off their circle.Disappointing. Don't waste your time or money on these. 1Works on Inkjet Printer as well as Laser Printer Exactly what I needed. I placed the order then freaked out when I checked it and saw that these were marked Laser Label and I needed Inkjet. I read the reviews and a few reviewers mentioned that these worked in an inkjet printer. I decided to take a chance as returning them would have been a huge hassle and cost money! These labels should be marked Laser AND Inkjet. They would sell a lot more of themThey work beautifully. There were several reviews about the template and I think they are probably right about the template not working in word. It seems to me I have had that issue but I print most of my labels out of Microsoft Publisher as it is much more versatile and the template in Publisher works just fine! 5Can't Center Stickers I am at a complete loss. I have never had so many issues with Avery software. On the template they look perfect, but when sending it to print, they are off. I have made stickers in the past but that was years ago and never one issue. Now no matter what I do, I can't get them to center and it's highly frustrating when on the preview, it shows them how they should look.The stickers themselves are really good quality and I would buy these again, it's just the software that makes it a fail. AND what is even more frustrating, is the online version doesn't even had the template number for the stickers, but the desktop version does or maybe it's vice versa. (I just know it's absolutely frustrating.)I also print up care instructions with these stickers and those come out perfectly fine. So for that alone, I will keep purchasing the product, just not for my business name stickers. 3
