Perfect protection at a ridiculous price... I always go with screen protectors that require a wet install. Just feels more protective and less intrusive to the screen / aesthetic of the device. There's also been reports that adhesive screen protectors can protect against the screen shattering. Never had that happen despite dropping my phone plenty of times - so I wouldn't know.This is a great protector for a low cost. Everything about it is great and I've spent $20+ on protectors that were equivalent in quality.My only advice is after installing don't worry about squeezing out every bubble because they will disappear over time and if you press down on the screen too hard to remove them the protector will produce lines / ridges on it that will be visible at certain angles of light. But with the screen on and looking straight at the phone, you won't be able to tell anyway.If you're looking for a protector and don't mind a wet (aka better) install, this is what you want. 5Can't go wrong with ArmorSuit Having been a fan of the Zagg shields, ArmorSuit is a cheaper iteration but of the quality as you would expect when purchasing a screen protector for a new phone like the HTC One M8. The application process is extremely easy as long as you apply the solution it comes with to your fingers, screen protector, and phone generously to allow a detail placement of the film before setting it by squeezing out the excess solution with the plastic wedge that's included. It looks great too, and at under $5 at the time of this review a steal. 5Great shield This screen shield does not come with any directions. You need to watch a video on the website specified on the box. That's a bit annoying when a small amount of direction could have come in or on the box. After watching the video, I applied the screen shield. I did spray a bit of the solution on the top of the shield as I was working the bubbles out. This seemed to make the squeegee slide better and not drag on the shield (which will distort it if you pull or push too hard). Once the bubbles were removed, I noticed this terrible haze under the shield. It looked absolutely horrible. After applying the shield, I went to bed. In the morning, I was pleasantly surprised that all of the haze was gone. The screen shield now looks crystal clear. I have always used the "Z" word shields before, and was excited to see that this one works just as well, if not better. I've had no problems with the corners or sides curling either. I've got a Spigen Air Cushion case on my M8 and the case does not bother this screen. 4Save your phone and get one of these! I have always had a Military Shield on my phones....and I have noticed a pattern. When I don't have one on, I ALWAYS shatter my screen. When I DO have one on...my phone stays in perfect condition! I will always use this screen protector for whatever model phone I have.You do have to apply it wet and let it sit overnight (that's what they recommend) and it's never been an inconvenience for me.I got this before I got my otterbox for my new phone and I dropped it and I knew for sure I shattered another phone....I picked it up and was so relieved and surprised that there wasn't any damage.Great product....can't say enough great things about it! 5Tough, high performance, USA made, excellent value. I'm hard on phones, really hard on them. I go through allot of protective gear for them, often with apparent futility. I bought this product having used other premium brands, but never being really satisfied. The glass models break or become dislodged, the plastic/rubber models just dont have the tactile feel or response. I have found the ArmorSuit to be nearly as smooth as glass, excellent response, very easy to apply, and extremely durable. I have dropped my phone, put it in a pocket full of screws, and generally treat it with wanton disregard, all without any real noticeable damage to the screen protector. It is a premium product without the premium price tag, and its made in USA. 5Great screen I love the feel of this screen, BUT it will absorb makeup, oil, etc from your face and fingers. I have had two of these in about 8 months. When you put this on, be sure to secure the edges, as that is wear it has started to lift on both of the ones that I've had. ArmorSuit has a lifetime warranty and will replace it for free, just pay shipping and handling. The catch is that the shipping and handling is almost the same price as buying a new one. I went ahead and purchased a new one instead of going through the hassle of mailing that one back and waiting for a new one to arrive. I'd rather see ArmorSuit include a return envelope in that little blue box, but that'd mean they'd probably loose money, huh? 4MUCH BETTER THEN OTHERS I'VE USED I'VE BEEN CURIOUS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT BUT I COULDN'T FIND THE ONE FOR THE PHONE I HAD and I used another very familiar brand for alot more money $20+ PLUS TAX which always had bubbles and creases and would start to peel off.. WHEN I UPGRADED TO THE HTC ONE M8 phone, I PURCHASED IT.I'M REALLY GLAD I DID, I had no problems installing it, done on the first try :)I've dropped my phone a few times and not a scratch, no bubbles.Very clear and doesn't interfere with sensitive touch. Perfect fit.I'm buying another from the same seller for a close friend in Canada where this sells for $30.00 plus taxHighly recommend this.BTW, I others I've used on different phones including this one were just a pain to get on properly and BUBBLES DID REMAIN.I'm THRILLED IT'S MADE IN THE USA :) 5Easy to install Easy to install, so much that I bought one to test on my one phone, then two more for other M8 phones. The application process is easy for a model maker, who can apply decals/window decals without trouble and straight. Once on, the bubbles, if any, left from applying weed themselves out over the 12/24 hours of drying. This is the most clear protector I've had, to the touch feels no different than the phone's screen. I will buy more as I upgrade and as my friends and family upgrade. Thanks ArmorSuit! 5I Give it 5 stars extremely easy to install on phone. if you don't get it on right the first time you can take off and reinstall..a great plus is it is made in the U.S. would recommend for anyone. 5Great, but be careful of cases. I love ArmorSuit, but their products come up easily sometimes. Meaning after application and time passes the corner can lift if the scenario is right.With another device years ago it lifted just by putting it in my pocket. This was months after use, if I remember correctly it was approaching a year. Luckily the customer service and replacement process was fairly painless so its not a big deal.This time however I ruined it by buying a case that fit too snug on the device. Because if the fitment of the case it caused the left and right edges to lift. This basically made the protector useless since I loved the case more.So anyone familiar with military screen protectors will love this and anyone looking for a good one should consider this.Some Con's are it can dent easily. If you keep it in a purse or something, other items can leave an impression in the screen protector. Another is potential lift on corners or edges based on scenarios. And lastly its not compatible with all cases out there. So choose wisely.Pros are inexpensive, decent warranty exchange program, strong, and very easy to install. 4
