    Nice shower head but problems Installed as described but suffered leaks. I contacted thir customer service and they replaced the coupling joint. However, I had components from a previous shower head that worked with it. Great pressure in the shower head. Nice spray pattern features. Just recently, the hose began to leak and needed replaced. Only had the unit for a few months. Great service though. 3Amazing shower head for the price, and even better support! So I am having a little issue where the hose joins to the piece that goes onto the pipe coming from the wall of the shower unit. I called support, and the rep was extremely helpful, and is sending me out a different kind of hose in an attempt to resolve this very small minor issue.She was extremely pleasant, and insisted I call back if I need any further help. These guys get it- they know how to stand behind the product, and based on support alone, I would highly recommend this shower head above all others. 5Nice shower head for the price This shower head was super easy to install. In fact, the most time-consuming part of the process was removing the old Teflon tape from the shower head I took out. I think the whole thing took maybe 5 minutes, with no leaks or anything. And I love the 6 different settings, and the water pressure is so much better with the new shower head -- on the more powerful settings, the water actually gets all the way through my really thick hair and down to my scalp, which is saying a lot.For $25, this was a pretty easy was to make my rental apartment feel a little more like a home. 5Great for the price For the price this unit can't be beat. Yes the handle is made out of plastic but what does one expect at this price point? I prefer it being plastic as it is light weight. It has plenty of power, has a decent amount of settings and does not leak. That's a win. I'm the last house on a town water line and have my house pressure set to not go over 50PSI per my plumbing specs, with other things running the PSI is usually a bit lower than that. This is why I removed the limiter like others. If you have higher pressure then it will be even stronger. I have yet to see a downside to this unit compared to others I have used including hotels. 5Way Good!!! This shower head is fantastic!! Installs in minutes. Has a great selection of flow patterns and awesome pressure if you remove the flow reducer at the bottom of the handle. Instructions included. The only reason I gave it only four stars is the hose is only 5 feet. IF you wish to wash your hair from the side of the tub, foregoing the full shower, it limits the range of movement to accomplish the job comfortably. Easily remedied, I ordered a Purelux 90" replacement hose. This would have easily earned a full 5 stars had the hose been a foot or two longer. If this is not an issue for you, it is a definite 5 star product. 4WOW! What a bang for your buck! WOW! What a bang for your buck! I have used a number of shower head hoses from Waterpik to Delta and this by far is my favorite. The water pressure is not outstanding where I currently live but this shower hose steps it up beautifully. The all over stream is like having a wonderful rain shower due to the circumference of the head The condensed water settings are powerful and push the water strongly. I love the water saving pause. I live in the Caribbean where water is scarce and expensive. Having another option to help conserve it is huge down here. The head itself is chrome plated plastic but not cheaply done. That makes it lighter weight and paired with the ergonomic handle it is a breeze to hold. The hose is stainless steel, super flexible and 5 ft long! I love how it moves. The upper bracket is adjustable so you can angle it wherever you like for hands free use. All this and it was under $25! What's not to love? AquaDance just secured itself a new customer! 5Nice Update This arrived as pictured and described. Installation instructions were included & installation was very easy, in spite of the fact I wasalso replacing the shower arm & flange (not included). I've been using it for about 2 weeks, so cannot speak to it's longevity, but I have no real complaints. My family seems to prefer using this shower head with our own 'custom' setting- I put the setting selector halfway between the massage and gentle rain settings and that works for us. Otherwise, no one setting seemed 'just right'. I have well water & decided to leavethe flow restricter in place & pressure is still very adequate. This was reasonably priced and I'm glad I bought this! 5Very pleased! I knew this product would have a 'water saver' installed and was curious if it would need to be removed because of lack of shower pressure. All the faucets in my apartment have savers installed and there is hardly enough water pressure to rinse my toothbrush. I installed the product with the saver and discovered I had great pressure! I also like the the pause setting, some products don't have this option. 5Aqua dance to the rescue I know the title is corny but having low pressure was driving me nuts. This shower head Really Works! I live in a newer house (I purchased it brand new) but unbelievably I've always had water pressure problems. I think this is because of the water softener causing a reduction in pressure. I turned the pressure regulator valve up and it did not help. I this is because the pressure regulator is before the water softener. This shower head really pushs the pressure up. I have been looking for something to bring up the pressure while I was taking a shower. I even considered some type of booster after the water softener. This saved the day.I recommend this one. 4Really good system. A few notes about washer and bracket. :) I received this order with 2- Aqua Dance High Pressure 6- Setting shower/chrome with hose today. It was easy to install. However, in the beginning I couldn't figure out how to adjust the bracket so the shower head could be facing a little lower. It is very tight so for me the only way to adjust the bracket was once it was set on the shower arm, and before attaching the hose and shower head, to push the bracket to the desired angle with a little pressure, then it was perfect. If you try to do it while it is not installed on the shower arm, at least for me, there was no way it was moving.BEWARE: Do Not Over-tighten the connection nut, as it says in the instructions, or the thick washer can get pushed into the shower arm. I should order more of those washers for different installations, just in case this happens, I would recommend you to do the same, as there are no extra washers with the order.Other than that, it is a very nice shower system. It does help with the water pressure, and also to wash your hair from the side of the tub if you so desire. Thank you, and hope this review helps you decide what to do. 5
