Bright enough to see, muted enough to soothe. We use these to light up our hallway and as night lights for our children's rooms. They provide enough light to see clearly at night, but have a muted glow so that they are not glaringly bright. The kids also love them because they are a very pretty blue. We have just bought our second set - not because the first set have burnt out (they have lasted years), but because our kids want them in the bathrooms now too. 5I really like the color of these night lights I really like the color of these night lights. They are a bit too bright for me to be put in my bedroom so I put two in my hallway and one in each bathroom. They work great in those areas. I especially like them in my hallway which can get quite dark. They give the hallway a bit of a futuristic feel with the blue color. I think one or two of these would be perfect for a child's room. I've only had them a month so can't attest to the longevity but for the price, I'll be satisfied if they last a year given that they are always on. I'll post an update if anything changes. Happy shopping! 5Do not recommend due to quality issues Purchased this product as it was the same brand of night light that I had for 9+ years. These lights were beginning to fade so I purchased new ones. I received a total of four. Two are working as expected (so far); however, two have totally failed. They started to flicker and then stopped lighting up entirely. Totally disappointed and will not purchase this brand again. 3Perfect night light for the Shabbos observant I wanted night lights to put around the house to prevent night time stumbles when we don't turn on the lights to avoid disturbing each other. However, being Shabbos observant, we couldn't use all the night lights out there that are either motion activated or light activated, because we might inadvertently switch them on or off during shabbos. These units, however, fit the bill perfectly because they just stay on without ever turning off. Being LEDs, they only use pennies per month (if that) of electricity, so leaving them on is no burden at all. 5Way too bright This is an awesome product and I have suggested it to several friends & family members. For me, the units were way too BRIGHT. I had to move the one in my bathroom to behind the washer and dryer, but is still too BRIGHT, and I need to close the bathroom door in my bedroom so that I can fall asleep in the dark. I have one in my kitchen that can be seen at night clear across the street.It would be my suggestion to the MFG to tone down the brightness. When it's dark, you do not need it to light up like a spotlight. The human eye can see a single candle flame a mile away, and you only need to light enough to see in a completely dark room. Love the concept, but I will be ordering a motion LED night light for my bathroom. 3Provides adequate light to navigate our bedroom Due to my husband's ill health I've created a bedroom downstairs. He has trouble navigating in the dark. I've placed three of these night lights in the three outlets in the room. Last night he seemed to do better with these lights. They do provide a low level light that does not disrupt sleep, yet provides enough light to navigate the room and the way to the toilet. EDIT: After a couple of nights I found that three of these lights was one too many. It was kitty corner to my side of the bed. It best too much light. I'm trying to strike a balance between his safety and my need for sleep. I usually know when he gets up to go to the bathroom. The need for the lights is how confused he gets due to Alzheimer's. I do still like the lights and would recommend them. 5The SAFEST night lights i have EVER had !!!!! These are BEAUTIFUL...exactly as pictured. They stay on 24/7 but do NOT even feel warm. Even the prongs stay cool. Another great thing about them is they do not stick out from the wall like so many other night lights so the prongs stay straight and light does not get run into by kids playing around, etc.I DEFINITELY recommend these !!!!! 5Beautiful blue glowing light My husband asked me to purchase some night lights for our bathrooms and I choose these namely because they came four to a pack. A great deal! Well these little lights glow beautifully and the blue glow is enough to see where you're going in the bathroom but soft enough to not wake you completely. A beautiful blow glow and perfect for the hallway and bathrooms. 5Great lights - when they work The soft blue glow is perfect for navigating the house at night; just right amount of light that does not interfere with your eye's night vision. Although they are on all the time, energy consumption is only 1/2 watt. That's 4.38 kilowatts for the entire year - about 40 cents a year in my area for electricity for each light. My only issue is that as some others have commented, quality control is spotty. Two of the four I ordered died the first week. However, the seller (FFB Direct) replaced them right away with no hassle. I would have rated 5 stars, but for the two that died, because these really do a great job. 3Great product. Everyone should have these. These give off the perfect amount of light. I can see what I need to see when walking down the hallway or when i open the door to my house with no lights on. Doesn't use any power so this product is a giant win for me. 5
