The instructions were easy to understand and all the items needed were in ... I order a protector for my samsung J7. It arrived on time and I was very impressed by the packaging. The instructions were easy to understand and all the items needed were in the box. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the actual screen is about 2cm short all around the screen. It does not cover across the top where it says Samsung nor does it cover the 2 lens on both upper corners. Its cut out as if it would but its short. My screen was cracking so fast, I really needed to get something on it. 3Peels from the phone and get tons of smudges I'm annoyed. This came in a 3-pack, which is necessary, because after only about 2 weeks it starts to peel off the phone around the edges, and it doesn't even go all the way to the edge of the phone to begin with. It's aggravating to have to find time to replace the screen protector so often. I expected that I would not be replacing it unless it was broken!Also, I am constantly having to clean it because it gets fingerprints like crazy! 2perfect fit, great quality This is the second phone for which I have bought Mr. Shield glass screen protectors. These fit the Galaxy J7V perfectly without going over the sloped edges of the screen, where they would not stick. All three were in perfect condition and they send plenty of materials to help you apply the product well and clean the phone up beforehand, including alcohol wipes, a small microfiber cloth, stickers to pull dust off the screen, and smaller sticky strips to use like hinges to apply the screen protector. These are very sturdy and clear. Very good quality. 5Great protectors for your screen, get a case too for complete phone protection! First off, these screen protectors are great, but will only protect the screen against scratches that might occur from inside a pocket or purse, such as colliding with loose change. They WILL NOT protect your entire phone from damage if dropped on the ground! You should get a case too!When you install these, be sure to look at the video on the mr-shield website (URL is inside the box). DO NOT use the printed instructions, they are the old way of installing it and the website video shows an improved, easier way to install it. I installed these on both my wife's and daughter's phones and they came out perfect! Much better than the old way which left hard to remove bubbles. I only give this product 4 stars instead of 5 since they should either update or remove the printed instructions since they are out of date.One other minor point, I tried to install the third screen protector on an LG Fiesta 2 (I was trying to save a little money). But it didn't quite line up with the camera lens on this model, but I tried to cut the protector. Since these are tempered glass, when I tried to cut it, it shattered. Understand this was totally my fault since I was using it on the wrong kind of phone, but the only reason I mention this is that you should purchase the proper protector for your phone. Don't try to "cut corners" by using it on a slightly different phone, this will work for the Galaxy J7 only! 4Didn't like the fit and look Great product quality and professional packaging/instructions. They provide everything you need to apply the product, however I don't like the fit. It says it is specifically for the 2017 version of the Samsung Galaxy J7V, but as you can see in the photos, it leaves about a 1.0 mm (maybe a little less) margin on either side. This causes the blue glow on the edges of my screensaver and the edge is clearly visible when playing videos. This probably isn't a big deal for the performance and maybe it is the intended design, but I don't like the look. 2These protectors have saved my phones 4 different times I love these tempered glass screen protectors. I have them installed on my cell phones and my Kindle Fires.I also ran out of protectors for my phone because of my accidents. When I contacted their customer support I was cheerfully sent a replacement pack. Buying from Amazon and having the order number is a life saver or should I say (screen saver). I now suggest buying these for any phone. The plastic covers will not give as much protection as these tempered glass screen protectors. Mr. Shield is my choice and the only compensation I have received from them is a replacement screen protector. Wonderful customer service. I have a picture showing the cracked protector and the screen on my phone is still perfect. Again, I highly recommend these tempered glass protectors from Mr. Shield. 5Specifically what kind and date of manufacture for your cell phone Though I thought I had purchased my Samsung Galaxy J7 in 2017, it apparently was not manufactured in 2017, so these shields do not fit my cell phone (too small).They did have a disclaimer on the information, but I did not realize it applied to me. Additionally, next time, I will look more closely a the design picture to see if it looks like it will work on my phone. Mr. Shield company has been very fair in responding to my need to return, so that is why I give them a 5 star review. 5Updated a plastic cover in my case with this product and works great. My cell phone case that does an excellent job protecting my phone from falls failed when the supplied glued in plastic shield got so scratched that scanners could no longer read my screen. I did not want to replace my entire case due to a poor idea of building in a plastic screen so I searched for replacement ideas. For less than replacing my cover (which still comes with the plastic scratch catcher) I found this product. Pulled out the plastic, cleaned up the adhesive and followed the detailed instructions. They provide an online video but the detail of the included instructions made it unnecessary to reference. Packed like they have relatives in the postal service, they arrived securely packaged and as a complete kit with quality components. Very pleased with the product and the price. 5Mr Shield is great, glass is a little narrow. Mr. Shield makes great protectors. I messed mine up twice, and contacted them. They responded within an hour and my replacements are on the way, even though it was my error.Fits the Galaxy J7 okay, I think it could be a little wider, but all the openings properly account for the phone features 4Well worth the money Wife and I both have Samsung J7 phones. They are Cricket's model "Halo". Made the mistake of having screen protectors put on at the Cricket store. They wanted $19.95 each!! I talked them down to $9.95 each. We both noticed that touch screen response was horrible, not yet realizing it was the Cricket installed protectors. Example: to take a picture you had to hit the button several times, and so hard that you generally jarred the phone/camera enough that you blurred the pic.J7, and maybe other models have a slight curve at the very edges of screen. Protectors supplied by Cricket did not allow for this. In other words they were slightly too large. This caused the edges to not adhere properly to phone, thus an air pocket between protector and phone screen resulting in poor touch response. If that isn't enough of a problem, any case installed on phone compounded problem due to edges of case making contact with "oversized" Cricket protector. I would be careful buying any protector due to this potential problem. In reading Amazon reviews of screen protectors, this seemed to be a problem.THIS IS NOT a problem with Mr. Shield protectors. I have installed them on both Samsung J7 phones and the installation was perfect. No bubbles, no dust. They are sized properly and do not interfere with cases on either phone. Touch response is as good as it was with no shield. They are crystal clear. Watch their install video and take your time. Prior to this I have never installed a screen protector. Keeping in mind, Cricket wanted $40 to install on 2 phones,, an inferior product. I did NOT receive this product at any discount to write this review. It is an honest review of product (not to say that any others are not honest).So YES, by all means, I recommend Mr Shield protectors. Follow directions, take your time and you too will have a perfect installation.P.S. I have read reviews complaining of glass protectors not protecting phone glass on certain drops. Bear in mind, this is not bullet proof glass. It is just another layer of protection for your phone. And for the money, it is well worth it. 5
