Decreases sensitivity slightly Three stars because while it was easy to install and thoughtfully packaged, it leaves a bit too much gap around the edge of the screen to be a perfect fit, is draggy on my stylus, and a couple other minor deetails.The Good:Box came with two protectors AND two of all the install bits, including 'hinge' stickers, and alchol swabs, which is convenient. The install video was helpful. The cutouts fit the phone.The Not-So-Good:Screen protector fit to phone isn't perfect. It leaves a dime-thickness gap all the way around, and the holes for the proximity sensor, light sensor, and speakers are all just a bit oversized. This isn't a big deal now, but having had phones with similar gaps in the past, after a year or so the result will be a distinctly 'sandblasted' margin - the glass the protector didn't cover. The extra room does make it easier to fit the protector to the phone, but it's a poor trade IMO.Second, the protector does slightly increase drag on the surface, and decrease touch sensitivty. I use a stylus a lot, and the rubber tip is noticeably 'draggier'. Taps also have to be just a tiny bit harder to register.Third, a couple of minor issues: the link on the inside of the package has no QR code - have fun typing! - and then after you type it in, it goes to a dead page. The video is easy to find on youtube, and very straightforward, but it was an annoying little detail.I will likely keep using this, and it doesn't do a *bad* job, but it could be a better fit, and the extra drag is a bummer. 3The items arrived nicely packaged both were not damaged The items arrived nicely packaged both were not damaged. One complaint I have it at the bottom of the cover it does not adhere to the small "sliver" of screen under the mouth mic/speaker. I tried pressing it down multiple times with no luck. It'll stick then slowwwwly lift itself off the screen. This did this without a case. It seems like it'll still protect the screen but it's really annoying, especially since the rest of the cover adhered perfectly. I'm tolerating it for now but I think I'll use the second one in hopes it sticks better than the first. A bothersome qwerk for my shiny new phone. 3Buy it. Omggg! I always research when I make a purchase...but damnnnn. THIS screen shield was so dang easy to put on....the glass is amazing quality...and not as delicate as one may think. Beats paying up the rear for a zagg screen protector that usually has horrible customer service and higher fees. Overall I'm so happy I put this screen on in less than 5 mins....it came with everything I need to install shield. PLus, it came with 2!!!! And more than enough supplies to put another on. I'm so stoked about this purchase. I would buy again, but oh wait. I have 2. WITH a lifetime guarantee! ! Yay! Thank you!! Also, to note, it fits wonderfully on my nexus 6p. 5A must-have for your phone; Saved me from a cracked screen This 2-pack came in handy, since our family now has 2 Nexus 6P's. The instructions to apply it to your screen are more straightforward than they seem, and it looks very good on your phone. It's made from glass and feels just like the screen itself, not like some other plasticky-rubber stick-on screens. Keep in mind that if your phone isn't in a case with raised lips all around the screen, the screen may start to lift slightly at the edges and result in pockets of air. However, the screen still stays firmly attached to the phone.I dropped my phone on concrete. Though a small crack appeared in the shield, the phone itself was unharmed. I simply ordered another set, replaced the shield, and went on my way with a still-pristine phone. 4Outstanding Quality and Value Great product.I usually buy a multi-pack as I often screw up the install of the first one and get fingerprints and dust all over the inside of the protector and on screen during install. I love the extra stickers they provide to create the installation hinge. Along with the bubble remover, microfiber cloth and alcohol pads: You have everything you need for a flawless installation.As for the product itself, it seems to be a perfect fit for my 6P and my finger rolls over the screen like butter.9H hardness so this should protect quite well for a long time.$7 for a two-pack.....how can you go wrong?As soon as this first one starts to wear, or I drop it and it cracks: I will gladly repurchase another 2 pack as I am quite confident that this is one of the best screen protectors I've ever used. 5Great Protection for Our Nexus 6P! I have ordered this 2-pack of screen protectors about 3 months ago, when my boyfriend and I both got the Nexus 6P! I am a huge fan of protecting new phones, asap!These glass protectors have saved the both of us. We have both dropped our phones at least once since then (mine was a pretty nasty drop). The glass protectors shielded our screens against cracks!However, I did notice the Mr. Shield Glass does have some damage from the impact (the phones are fine). This company states we are protected by Mr.Shield No-Hassle Lifetime Replacement Warranty, but this only covers:1) Installation problem such as bubbles or other user error; 2) Damaged screen protectors; 3) Does not fit your device. I will reach out to see if we can get a replacement. 5Don't count on responses to warranty claims This protector would have received 5 stars had I been able to get a response from support for a warranty replacement. I emailed customerservice@mr-shield.com over a week ago and have yet to receive a response.The glass on these protectors are slightly thicker than what I have used in the past. This reduces touch accuracy, but also decreases chipping around the edges. Glass protectors break and chip, it's just a matter of time. That's why i went with a company that advertised a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, this is another one of those companies that apparently don't live up to their claims after your return window. I will update my review IF, I ever receive a response and replacement protectors.Another thing of note, these protectors seem to pick up a lot of scratches, but this would not be an issue if you were able to receive the advertised warranty. 1Lays Flat and Works Well With Cases I've gone through several different brands of these glass screen protectors. I assumed they are all the same product made in the same factory but that does not seem to be the case. I try to wait a couple months before reviewing and these protectors passed the test. My previous 2 pack from a different company lasted only a few weeks before cracking, and left lots of bubbles around the edges. After 2+ months and dropping the phone face down countless times (including off of my bicycle) I'm still on the first protector.A lot of these protectors do not sit flat on the edges of the screen and leave bubbles. While I still have 2 TINY spots (cumulative area less than half a small grain of rice) around the speaker cut out that are not completely sealed, it is somewhat expected and does not bother me at all. These protectors also work well with the Diztronic case which leaves virtually no portion of the screen exposed, but does not contact the case which I have seen lift up the edges of the protector. 5Will Buy These Over and Over We places one of these shields on my 14 yo son's new phone. He dropped th phone and cracked the glass. Je wasn't sure if the protector was cracked or the phone. We had to wait a little before putting on a new shield and we were anxious to see if the phone had been cracked. Nope. AND the shield is held together by some sort of plastic so even if it breaks and cracks, you don't have shards of glass. We were able to lift the entire, broken mess off the phone without a problem. And the phone? untouched! This package has little sticker so you can create a hinge and line up the shield perfectly before sticking it on. Also, they provide you with all the things you need to get the screen completely dust free and clean before applying the shield. My husband is in IT and raves about them. I HIGHLY recommend them. 5NO WARRANTY SUPPORT These break really easily starting from around where the cutouts are for the camera, or speakers. after about a month of use, they started chipping away in these areas and become dangerously sharp. Their "LIFETIME WARRANTY" is non existent. Multiple emails to their customer service that they state you need to contact for warranty go unanswered.Since they no longer warranty their product, it is no longer trustworthy. 1
