This is a nice enough shield and does take impact when phone is ... This is a nice enough shield and does take impact when phone is dropped so that the smart phone glass does not break.BUT I have been thru 3 of these and have yet to be able to put one on without cracking it somewhere on the edge which then leads to a big long crack down the whole shield within minutes of using phone normally. So...after going thru 3 shields that had cracks in them from the start, I do not think I can give this item more then 3 stars. As for bubbles disappearing after putting it on, not true. I still have at least 5 tiny bubbles on my screen which are noticable.So be careful putting this shield on...do not press hard and do not think all bubble will dissapear.And if you drop it it will crack and you will be living with that crack of 2 or 3 for the whole time you have the shield on the phone.JUST ONCE, I'd like to put this shield on and be able to view my phone screen without there being a crack or two to look at as well.But yes it does what it says, protects you phone glass from breaking when you drop your phone.The 3 stars are because of the bubbles that never go away and the shields ability to crack way to easily. 3A great value, fit well and easy to install. Good protection, great clarity & even seem to be more resistant to fingerprints. REVIEW UPDATE JULY 2017:It's been almost a year exactly since I purchased the original 2 pack of these screen protectors. They work very well for me and held up much better than I expected. In fact I just ordered them again! (I liked them so much when it was time to install another screen protector I wanted the exact same thing.) The original 2 pack saved my phone's screen from one major drop (the screen protector shattered but the screen itself was unharmed.) and countless other minor incidents over the course of a year. These screen protectors took abuse from minor drops, falls, working in the garage, bouncing around with my car keys in my pocket and much more. Didn't even worry about the lifetime replacement warranty when I wore out the second screen protector. Less than 8 bucks for a year or more worth of peace of mind is a great value to me!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I just received these and installed one on my LG Stylo 2 Plus today. I spent a great deal of time researching and browsing for a decent quality tempered glass screen protector that didn't cost a fortune. After reading a bunch of reviews I decided to purchase these. I was a little worried because this particular product didn't really have many reviews but I read many good reviews for Supershieldz brand screen protectors for other devices. I was banking on the fact that these would be similar quality as their other products and so far the gamble appears to have paid off.This 2 pack was a great value. The screen protectors look great and look, feel and perform just like the normal phone screen. I was concerned a tempered glass screen protector would affect the use of the stylus but I was pleased to discover the stylus works fine with the protector installed.INSTALLATION:Installation of these tempered glass screen protectors is so much easier than the older plastic or vinyl protectors. The hardest part is typically getting the screen clean and keeping it lint and dust free during the process. Even if you do get some dust between the screen protector and the screen, tempered glass seems to be much more forgiving. You can actually pull it back carefully. remove the debris and try again if you need to.Installation was about as straightforward as it can be. Everything you need is included. You get cleaning wipes, a small soft cloth, sticky tape stickers to remove any dust that gets stuck etc. I'm a bit OCD so I agonize over the smallest defects. This ends up creating more problems for me 9 times out of 10. I peeled things back and started over a few times before I got what I deemed an acceptable result. Unfortunately I have a couple extremely small bubbles at the bottom corners but they are probably a result of me overworking things and peeling and re-positioning. I tried working them out, applying some gentle heat with a heat gun etc. They're my fault, barely noticeable and you have to hold the phone closely to seem them. Even with the mild bubbles this thing looks and feels 10 times better than any flexible vinyl or plastic screen protector. From a foot away you can't even tell there's a screen protector installed.PROS:+ Easy to install unless you agonize over tiny specs of lint and dust like I do.+ Can be carefully peeled back if you don't get the install perfect the first time.+ Everything you need to install is included.+ No more squirting fluid on your phone and leaving it off for 12 hours while you wait for things to dry.+ Feels and performs like the normal phone screen+ Stylus works well+ Doesn't seem to be affected by the use of a case so far.+ Should offer great protection+ 2 quality screen protectors for less than $8 is a great value.+ Amazing clarity. I notice no fuzziness, pixelation etc. Looks just like the normal HD screen.+ The screen protector seems to be less prone to fingerprints and greasy oil smudges etc. than the original phone screen. Of course it's a glossy glass surface so it still gets them. . . they're just less pronounced and much easier to wipe off.CONS:- If you realign things a lot in the installation process you may get some tiny bubbles at the corners that refuse to go away.- Doesn't quite extend all the way to the screen edge. There's a tiny gap that's probably necessary for proper fit since most protectors fit this way. I use a case so the case edge basically rides in the small groove between the screen protector and the phone frame edge. I'm hoping this doesn't cause the corners to peel up on the screen protector over time.CONCLUSION:Overall these feel like great, high quality screen protectors and a great value. I'll update this review if I encounter any issues in the future. 5This product is awesome. I re-ordered it as the first one I ... This product is awesome. I re-ordered it as the first one I tried installing on my wife's phone I messed it up. The second one I used the shower (dust free solution) method and got it installed. My wife had a pretty bad drop on her phone and cracked the screen protector, but it saved her phone screen. I reordered it, installed it using the shower method again and got it installed PERFECTLY on the first try. Be sure to also use the hinge method and you'll get perfect placement. 5Perfect! Took me both to get it on the phone correctly but I do recommend going to their website and following the tutorial. I did a few extra cleaning steps to make sure there was NO dust underneath. It was perfect and has continued to keep my phone safe as it accidentally falls from me carrying many things from the car. After months of using it, it finally shattered a bit in the corner from dropping my phone onto the time in my livingroom as I was half asleep. It has perfectly protected my phone and could not be happier with my purchase! 5PERFECT, if you are careful PERFECT, if you are careful.Once it is on, it is on. And it looks as clear as if there is no screen protector. You have to be very careful, though; I was a bit clumsy (kept touching the sticky surface, and tried to hurry). If you follow the instructions and place it on with care, though, it is flawless. I highly recommend it. 5Thin and Clear! Very Pleased!! I had to remove the first screen protector that I put on because stray dust got underneath it, so I was really glad that two were in the package. I spent more time putting on the second one, and it looks great!Some people around the internet complain about the thickness of tempered glass screen protectors, but with a case on my phone as well, I don't notice it at all.I feel like it also does a good job of preventing fingerprints and smudges. I have oily fingers, and I notice less fingerprints and smudging with this screen protector than others.It doesn't appear to scratch easily, but I'm also pretty careful with my phone. Hopefully it stands up well if I drop it! 5I have and would buy again. I will continue to buy this one when ever I need a new one because it has saved my screen too many times to count. Recently I dropped my phone, yes I drop my phone a lot, and a huge crack appeared on my phone scaring me half to death as it does anyone. Very carefully I pulled up the screen protector, praying it wasn't my screen that cracked, and almost leaped for joy seeing that my screen was still in one piece. Suffice to say, the cracks have multiplied from additional dropage, and my screen is still in perfect condition. I have just ordered another set to replace my current set and will continue to buy this one in the event of more drop cracks. 5Excellent Value! The SuperShieldz for LG Stylo Plus are amazing screen protectors.The protector itself is tempered glass and comes with very easy to install instructions. I was able to follow the provided instructions and was done within 10 minutes, taking my time to do it right. The screen is fingerprint and glare resistant. It doesn't have a rainbow appearance in the sunlight either. 5BEST SCREEN PROTECTOR COMPANY! Supershieldz is THE BEST! There is definitely a learning curve on putting the screens on, but they have plenty of support and tutorial videos to help you out. Whenever I get a new phone, I only use Supershieldz brand for protection. They do not scratch at all and look flawless on the screen! You can barely even tell it is on your phone. I end up replacing it every 6 months or so, simply because it does its job! Instead of my screen shattering and my phone becoming useless, I just have to take off the screen protector and my screen itself is still in mint condition!However, they are relatively difficult to take off! Only do it is you absolutely have to, and be careful and prepare at least an hour to do so. SO WORTH IT! 5Near perfect! Great warranty! Edit: I broke my first batch eventually and contacted them about their lifetime warranty. They were helpful and didn't make me jump through any hoops, I just got my new ones! Apparently they also cover botched application.These came out near perfect! Just a heads up if you want it to be perfect you have to be very meticulous about cleaning your screen before hand. I normally get perfect applications but this time I got a tiny bubble on both where a pretty much invisible speckle of dust was but you can't tell unless you're being anal haha. Way better than the ones I bought at the store with the phone which bubbled like it was no ones business. 5
