Much better with application instructions. I feel people and companies shouldn't always be judge by mistakes as much as how they make a solid effort to correct an oversight or mistake! This company has done just that! Not only did they replace the 1st 2 Screen Protectors that I had a bad experience with, they went what I would call out of their way to follow up with me after they learned of my experience with the product! When the new protectors came in included in the kit (which has all the right tools & extras to do the job well in the kit) but they added a print-out with instructions how to avoid cracking and properly apply the glass on my LG G5! 5Decent install Just wanted to write a review to help others out with questions about the ease of install. Like someone else said, there are only 1 wet and 1 dry wipe, but 2 microfiber cloths. Since my phone is only a couple of weeks old I was able to get (almost) all of the dust off my screen just using the microfiber cloth.I will say that I've installed 4 or 5 similar tempered glass protectors before so I know what works for me. Someone who hasn't put one of these on before may have a little more difficulty .Somehow I did manage to get 2 or 3 fairly large air bubbles trapped under the protector. I just slowly pulled up the protector from the nearest corner, used the dust grabber sticker thing where the bubble was (even though I couldn't see any dust there) and the bubbles did go away.I can't comment on the level or durability or how much protection it gives yet since I just put it on, but I will say that installation was fairly painless.And like others have said, this protector does NOT cover the top part of the LG G5 because of the curve to the screen and the fact that tempered glass protectors can't curve with the screen. This isn't a problem with the protector, but the phone design. If you want full coverage, look at a case that provides protection up there, settle for a film protector, or get a phone that doesn't have a curved screen.I'll edit this review if I find the durability isn't acceptable. Otherwise if you look at this review later and I haven't changed anything, consider it to be okay. 5This is an amazing screen protector This is an amazing screen protector. I did not receive it for free. My review is based purely on my experience with this item.I used to always have fingerprints and smears on my old screen protector. I'm happy that I no longer have that problem any longer. I have dropped my phone with the screen protector on it and everything was great! I'm really happy that I bought this screen protector. Many others have been disappointing in the past. Not this one. 5PERFECT RUKM......i would give this 10 stars if i could.....the best product i have EVER received.....i got it today 10/24/18.it is a little thicker and stiffer that the normal screen protectors, but it does not effect the touch performance at all.further, you can go online to watch a video of how to install.....perfect.just clean everything really well, and they give you everything you need.i started at the bottom of the LG G5 and pealed back the lining on the phone side and was just flat AMAZED.the screen protector just sucked itself right down onto the screen....unbelievable.....there was only one bubble about 1/4" in diameter near the upper edge.....one push and it was gone.....wow....really a neat product.....seagae 5Good installation, but doesn't cover entire surface The protector seems the standard materials, and has done a good job through my first week or so using it.Installation was fairly easy, and if you watch the video they actually give you a method that works pretty well. Granted I still have bubbles, but that's because I'm not great at these things, I actually think the method reduced the number of bubbles I could have gotten.One thing I do think is important to note to folks though that I didn't pick up on in my Initial purchase review: It does NOT cover the entire front surface of your phone. It is designed only to approximately the size of your screen area. If you're looking for some thing that will evenly cover the whole surface or your camera/flash/etc then look elsewhere. On the plus side of that though, it makes the second one in the package more versatile as you could pass it to some one with a different phone to some effect. 4Hands down the best glass screen protector for the G5! Nothing else comes close. I have purchased glass protectors for my G5 from 5 different sources both on Amazon and eBay. Not a single one would adhere completely to the screen; each had areas in the corners that would not stay down and got worse over time. I figured it was a fault with my phone. Also, despite others saying they were anti-fingerprint none really were and constantly needed to be cleaned. Without exception, all looked awful after a few weeks, lifting corners and smudgy screen.The Supershieldz protector is remarkably different. First, it went on easily and I was amazed when it stuck to the whole screen; no lifting in lower corners like every other protector. I have hesitated to write a review because I fully expected it to fail after a week or so - - but it has been nearly 2 months and the protector looks pristine, as good as the day I installed it. Additionally, it just doesn t show fingerprints. I m no longer ashamed to show off my phone! 5Doesn't cover the entire screen I bought this thinking it would cover the whole face of my phone including the front-facing camera. The pictures on the Amazon listing show the full screen covered, and the insert that comes inside the package shows a picture of a full screen cover, yet it still comes with a note saying that the protectors only cover the rectangular part of the screen. Now I have to buy some more from somewhere else. I wish I could remember the brand I currently have on my phone. Shopping online can be such a pain sometimes. 1BUY THIS ONE, SERIOUSLY! I have literally bought 4 different screen protectors with high reviews. This one was the ONLY one that is strong enough to prevent cracking the glass when dropped AND will actually be applied without bubbles or edges that won't stick. This is the one you want if you want your phone to survive. 5Good product & price. I would buy again. I liked how easy it was to apply. The on-line application video was very helpful. But be careful cuz when the protector gets close to the screen it's like a magnet & jumps on to the screen. Luckily mine was on pretty straight. This protector is thicker than my old one so it's stronger. But since it's thicker I have to 'touch' my screen a little firmer to activate the buttons. 5THIS is the one to get - best I've ever had and install is a snap! This is the third screen protector that I've had on this phone and hands down the best. I had one installed at the phone store when I bought it (for $30!) and it peeled up hours later, went back and they redid it, but it always felt like plastic an reduced the sensitivity. Still, I think it protected my screen so when it failed a year later, I ordered this - SO glad I did.First, the price was great since every store, even big discount chains, wanted at least $20. Second, it comes with a bunch of necessary install products to help you clean the screen and remove any pieces of lint or fluff - that is super important. I actually didn't do a great job of cleaning my screen (some fluff remained) so the first screen I installed, didn't work quite right so I had to peel it off. The second try, I used all the products, including the guides that stick to your screen and help you lay it down just right for a perfect install and...it IS perfect. I was amazed at how much better it was than the one I got at the phone store. It looks and feels just like the glass on my screen, doesn't impact sensitivity, and is all around perfect. SO glad I ordered this one! 5
