    bad product, good sellerthe product deserves one star. was on a extended vacation, came home to my new part, wait for my ipad back. now, i am very experienced in fixing mobile devices, so, after installing this new par with my great care and detail, it instantly fried. both the charger head lead and the new parts import plug in became EXTREMELY hot for a few moments. so, with in seconds, it became fried and would no longer charge. the was a small burn mark even in the middle of the connection to the logic board. even though, just in case, i completely replaced the charger/plug as well as other parts with real 'apple' pieces just in case to make sue. this to no avail. the ipad even says that it has a dead battery and is charging even when the charge is disconnected. now, i gave this review three star instead on one because the seller gave a no hassle refund under my situation weeks after he had to and his warranty was over. so, great seller, horrible part!3Five Starsoperates as expected5Five StarsGood product5Garbage, highly do not recommend purchasing.Didn't work. Wasn't sure if this part would fix it, but for the price i figured it was worth a shot. Worked perfectly and took less than 5 minutes to install (caveat, I have replaced dozens of screens and fixed several ipad's so I know what I am doing. This requires you to remove the digitizer and lcd screen to replace, so make sure you are comfortable doing that before purchasing, or have someone who is). Seems to be high quality. I definitely recommend this.5Not easy to installOne day late, but perfect. No trouble whats or ever to install. Looks like the original, possible it is an original.Be prepared if you have no knowledge DON'T do it yourself! You would have to get the touchscreen off first. It takes about a half hour to dissemble and you will need adhesive glue to get the touchscreen back on. If you want to be on the sure side: Just order the touchscreen in case you brake it by trying to take it off.Very good product, thanks will buy again5Three StarsReceived the first cable and it didn't work at all.
