It would have cost me $300 to have a coax line run but since I already had 4 ethernet runs, I thought I would try leveraging them. I used these adapters and they worked as stated. This ...If I could give 0 stars I would. This simply just does not work. Save your time and money.1Check the UTP distance before useAccording with my experience, this product works perfect. I installed them in a 20 ft UTP feeder (between the telecom distribution box and the UTP outlet) and works as expected. I have a digital CATV service, with HD channels, they work as same as I was using the RG-cable. Really recommend, only an advice: check the UTP's distance before use, the specs don't include any distance restriction, however it's recommended to use in short distances becuase the interference over UTP cables for this kind of signals.5
