    This is a good ruler. I find it unfortunate the cork backing ...This is a good ruler. I find it unfortunate the cork backing comes off when one tries to remove the sticker. 3Not exactly what I wanted.Zero isn't at the end of the rule. Makes it more difficult to make a precise mark so that fit-up is flush. It's a nice size, though. 2Identity paradox.I. Love. Rulers. Ask me how many rulers I have.... At least 6. Maybe mroe. Why don't I measure Amazon items then before I order them.? 5It's an OK ruleIt's an OK ruler but zero is not at the very end so you can't use it flat against something. Would recommend.Rather well made. No casting marks, no scratches, no sharp edges.Measuring markings are engraved into it instead of just printed, which is great.Markings do not start at the beginning of the ruler. There is an unmarked space.It is not very thick, it flexes quite a bit, but it's better than having it be thick and heavy.The cork backing is not flush with the edges of the ruler, so when placing it to draw a line, the actual ruler part is elevated slightly.This is to protect the cork backing from being damaged. There is a sticker on the cork, which has to be removed carefully, or it will take off some cork with it.So far I am pretty happy with this.
