    My advice is if you like it do not be afraid to purchaseWe both needed a computer because now a days, computers are not a lasting item. We searched for weeks on end and then bought two of these. We had to return them as one overheated and the other had a multitude of problems. We received two more and only one out of those two was something we could keep. I had to get my money back and now purchased a new Dell from another company. I should receive it in a few days. My advice is if you like it do not be afraid to purchase. You may get lucky and keep it right from the start. I worked with the shippers and they paid all return postage both times and respected the fact that I wanted money back for the second time on mine. I just cannot give this high ratings since only one out of four was usable. Good luck!2Updated, Laptop purchase3/4/19, Update, computer is working, only issue is shutting down. Don't know if it's the docking station, or the laptop, which makes it hard for my husband to log back in as it won't wake up either unless you hard power down and turn it back on. This is frustrating for him. Overall the computer is great and even with the minor glitches I would purchase from this vendor again, customer service has been very helpful.So far, I have not been able to get my husband logged in. We have had some minor glitches and have email Aventis regarding them. No answer as of yet and we can't use this laptop until they do. Other than that, I purchased a docking station/port replicator and it works with the laptop great. Monitor is hooked up and after several misattempts, was able to get Windows 10 to boot, we just can't get past the lock screen. :-( Will have to update this when we can.5DO NOT BUY ITThis computer had multiple problems 1 and mainly my battery or ac adapter did not work it always said plug in not charging then I went deep into the Dionysus and it said ac adapter unknown battery not installed (there was a battery)And the 2 issue was with windows 10 . I became concerned that Win 10 installation and updates would have negative effects on E6410. Based on that thought, I initiated a return of E6410. After thinking about the situation, and since logic would indicate that Microsoft would not provide refurbished headache, I proceeded to activate the E6410 and Win 10 Pro installation, analyzing the installation and updates and then testing computer function. I am happy to say that after installation and updates, the E6410 appears to be functioning normally, and is impressive. I then cancelled the return. Thank You for your quick shipping.5Looks like the laptop just worked for 3 months to just ...Very Cheap Quality Laptop. I purchased this laptop for my son for Christmas ( at end of November). The laptop died within 90 days of use. Avoid buying laptops from this seller. Looks like the laptop just worked for 3 months to just cross 90 days warranty.1
