The product arrived all scratched up and ...I recently purchased a Dell OptiPlex 990 Tower from TECHarvard. What a terrible experience! The product arrived all scratched up and dirty. Obviously this has been abused and no one even took the time to clean it up! I waited almost 2 weeks for this thing to arrive, as my old computer had taken a virus and died, so I was most eager to get the "new" one up and running. The "new" computer was supposed to have Windows 10 in it. Well, sort of! It had a sticker on the top with a very large, very small number, partially obscured by a Microsoft scratch off. I was instructed to scratch the patch off and input the number into the screen. So far so good, but the number on the sticker had been partially obliterated by someone before me! I was lacking 4 numbers. I sent an urgent email to TECHarvard and was instructed to take photos of the stickers. OK, I took several photos and sent them out on the email. TECHarvard said the photos were too blurry. OK, I sent more photos and even had various cameras to get the sharpest photo. I even had my friends and my brother try their cell phones and cameras to take a clear photo of the stickers. They looked pretty clear to me, but TECHarvard said they were too blurry! REALLY! The last straw, after I took over 12 photos with 8 different cameras, was to send the damn thing back! My last message from TECHarvard was really insulting, saying that I was incompetent with the camera, meaning that my four friends and brother must have also been incompetent and the included photo in their email was what they were looking for. I provided TECHarvard with all the serial numbers I could find on the case, my numbers from the sale through Amazon, my address, phone number, just everything they could ever desire and all I got was the extreme runaround! These are not consumer friendly people! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Happy ending to the story is that Amazon refunded my money after I shipped the damn thing back to TECHarvard and I bought a superior product, that very same day, through my local Wal-Mart. I am very happy, finally!1
