    works just fineI used these to setup a stereo workes just fine.Although I wish I had a wire stripper to get the cords ready. If you don't have one, I would suggest buying or borrowing a one. I had forgotten how not fun that could be. 5This wire really gets me hooked upIt gets my Sub a pounding. It really gets the beats a going. Not a big deal, but the spool it very helpful if you don't use the whole length of cable at once. It was just a wound up cable with twist ties holding it together. 4It's not copper.It's not pure copper. I bought it because the answers and reviews said it was pure copper. It's not. When you cut the wire you can clearly see that the "copper" wire is silver with a copper coating. I'd say it is Copper Clad Aluminum. I definitely got the product pictured in the Amazon description. It's on the spool and everything. But it's NOT copper. I tried to get a good pic but this was the best I could do. Not sure on AWGSpeaker wire arrived on time on a spool. My spool was blue though. The coating on this wire is really good and doesn't just rip apart. I am no electrician but I don't think this is 12 AWG. Idk may be a little small but works great for my sub and house speakers.
